O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

DO NOT ORDER TO GO HERE!!! IT'S A JOKE. WAITING 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE came to greet me and my food had been ready the whole time. They weren't busy, I heard members of the kitchen tell the to go person several times that people where waiting and he kept shrugging it off and then continued telling stories that weren't work place appropriate. Ridiculous.

Went to dinner on 2/5/2020 with friends, 6 adults total. Worse service I have ever had. 20 minutes to get our drink order. Waitress took our dinner order and disappeared! 45 minutes later, our dinner came out but we never got our soup or salad. Management aware as they brought the food out and said they would take soup off the bill. Order more drinks which never showed up but were charged for them. Pie order all wrong! Took 4 waitress to brink one glass of soda. Took 4 times to get one couples bill right. If I could give a minus review I would. Will not be back even for free pie!

The service was great! The food, not so much. Everything tasted like extra salty. The kids pizza was not good, we sent it back for something else. My Dad had chicken pot pie and did not like it either. Maybe it was an off night. But they had free pie Wednesday! I got peach, super hard. I should of stuck to cherry.

I really liked the food. I had the Chicken Pot Pie and it tasted amazing. The portion was big so I split it and took the rest home.

Their chicken tenders are the best. All good things to say about the food. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because we ordered for pick up at 12:15 and it was after 12:30 before it was ready. To be fair it was lunch time in Charlotte and they were busy but I'm doing an honest review

I have eaten at Ocharley's in different states and the food is always good....today was not exception. My only complaint is that my bill was wrong and had extra charges on it.

O'Charley's is a great restaurant that has an awesome wait staff! They are very personable and patient! There are a lot of great menu options from which to choose. The rolls are pretty good as well! The prices are pretty reasonable. This particular location is just right off of 485 inner loop off of South Tryon!

I got to try O’Charley’s for the first time for a team lunch. I ordered their wood planked salmon, mashed potatoes, broccoli & fried pickles. The main course was delicious & I was surprised to see they actually had the salmon on a wood plank — different but cute. As for the fried pickles, they were okay I’ve definitely had better. Overall, a good experience!

Kids eat free..... They have the best cheese sticks ever.... But the real reason to visit is a server named Noel. She is Without a doubt the most delicious think in the building!

Second time we've eaten there both times we were very impressed with the quality of food and have a wonderful menu and I think that's the best fried shrimp I've ever had and the salmon salad was off the chain

What a joke. I ordered a salad and soup to go and it was anything but (33 minutes). And this was at 11 am. I felt like I was in the Twilight zone. Rude take out woman. No thank you. No hello. What a joke.

I've never met a friendlier staff! Plus the food was great and inexpensive. I don't even live in the area and I'd come back just for the service.

We went here to celebrate my daughters Birthday and the service was absolutely horrible. Nobody came to our table to ask what we wanted to drink for about 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes just to get our drinks. We didn't get any silverware until after our food was delivered. I had a salad as a side that was delivered after my meal was halfway done. My husband asked for a medium well steak and it was cooked WELL done. The food was cold. The drinks were good. We love O'Charley's and were very disappointed. We wondered why the parking lot was basically empty on a Saturday night but now we see why, the service was horrible. There may have been a total of 15 people in there counting our party of 9. We will never eat at this O'Charley's again.

Order delivery. Wasn't expecting to be high quality because it wasn't dine in, and that's fine with me because I know when ordering delivery it a wait and a time line. Food got here on time driver was great. But I didn't have not one condiment in bag. Husband and I order simple because we know its delivery. So with that we order 2 chicken tender dinners one with fries and Mac and cheese and one with fries and a side house salad. Order of rolls. No dressing for salad. No dipping sauces for tender which was honey mustard. And ranch. No utensils for salad or Mac an cheese. So glad we was stay at great hotel, that was so understanding that they brought us up all the condiments we requested free of charge and real silverware.... and there was no butter for the rolls how can we forget the butter for the rolls.....never again will I ever...really was let down

We just at there for lunch and received exceptional service from our server Nala. The food was fantastic but she made the experience even better. Everyone there was super friendly and the service was quick since we were on our lunch break. We got the Go Go Crunch for desert and oh my goodness that was amazing. I ordered the BBQ sandwich and that was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for the amazing service. Keep up the good work!
