Visited in March of 2024. Gelato, filthy fries, and the soup of the day. Flavors and textures were on point.Such an array of gelato to choose from. Just visit, see, and taste it all.Since I was billed for TOGO packaging, I wish the soup was in one bowl and not two.Would recommend!

Beware- when eating in , they add on a 15% service fee without notification and then ask for a tip on top. I spent an extra 35% on 3 entrees (no drinks) $100.00. Food was good, but not that good ! I found this practice to be deceptive and was very disappointed. Feeling ripped off ruined the experience for me.

Came here for the first time w friends, I’m not even vegetarian, but the food was GOOD. Josh was our server and he was very polite, made sure we had everything we needed, was patient w us. Overall great time and highly recommend. Will try desserts next time, they looked amazing.

Taylor and Morgan provided excellent service and gave the best recommendations. I came in from out of town a few months ago and I still think about the filthy fries. They were so good!! Only wish I lived closer and could come here more. Also, they have had a sign right in front of the register about the service charge that’s included, so they do pay attention to suggestions and care about their customers.

Oh My Soul is the best. Bonus if you go on Friday or Saturday nights for live music! Highly recommend the Macho Nachos (definitely a sharable meal), the "vicken" and ranch wrap, and the date "Snickers" bar. The Sunday brunch dishes are great too. (I had a savory wrap that was to-die-for.) I can't recommend Oh My Soul enough and feel so lucky we have such a great plant-based restaurant in Charlotte.

I ordered the tuna melt. It was too salty. When I let the server know, she took the food and never returned. When I asked the cashier where I placed the order, their response was that there were no refunds for preference. Certainly, it would have been good for the server who took the food to inform me of that. Instead, they walked by our table multiple times, never checking back in. Be mindful if you decide to try this place. The pumpkin fritters were delicious, though.

Getting charged sales tax state tax processing fees packaging fees a service fee for an inept order is unheard of. I payed more here than at a fancy restaurant. My daughters Mac balls were cold , my fries were cold, sandwich was good but 25+ dollars meal with no drink is madness
