On February 22, 2026, I was a paying customer at The LoSo Tavern, spending my hard-earned money and enjoying my time there for approximately 20–30 minutes. Unfortunately, during that short visit, another driver backed into my vehicle in the parking lot, causing significant damage.
What has been most disappointing is not just the accident itself, but the lack of accountability afterward. The establishment and property management have refused to provide camera footage that could help identify the driver responsible. I was informed by the property manager, Tim Hummericks, that they would not release any video, leaving me with no way to pursue the individual who caused the damage.
As a result, I am now left to handle and pay for all repairs on my own. For a business that benefits from the public’s patronage, the unwillingness to assist a customer in a situation that occurred on their premises is deeply concerning.
I would strongly caution anyone dining here to reconsider parking in this lot. Based on my experience, if your vehicle is damaged, you may not receive any cooperation in resolving the matter.

Oh my gosh this place is so fun! The staff here is super nice. I was in from out of town. Just wanted to grab a bite and it was close to my hotel. Got to sit out on the patio and enjoy some delicious chicken nachos, a fresh salad, and for dessert-the key lime pie which was to die for I will be back! Thank you

We came to Charlotte for our honeymoon & wanted to try local restaurants. LoSo Tavern was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, the staff and owner were so so sweet, and the service was quick. We ended up coming for brunch on both Saturday and Sunday because of how delicious it was. Highly recommend stopping in and giving it a try!

Just moved back to CLT and wanted to celebrate with a few beers and some wings, the food was absolutely delicious, and our server was one of the owners which made it feel really personable. Recommend coming here for a chill vibe meal any day of the week, 10/10

Don’t sleep on LoSo Tavern. Disguised as a neighborhood dive bar, LoSo Tavern has incredible food, friendly & attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. We got wings, greek salad, and nachos, everything was fresh and delicious. We look forward to coming back for taco Tuesday (2 tacos & chips w/ salsa) for $8.49 and Wednesday burger night for $8.50😍🤤. Manager Dan is so kind!
