Was visiting Charlotte from out of town and this spot was about a mile from where my hotel was. The food was great and the staff was very attentive. The bar filled up pretty quickly after we arrived but we didn’t experience any drop in service. If you’re looking for a good spot that’s not downtown I’d recommended giving this place a shot.

The space is clean, inviting, and has undergone a noticeable transformation under the new ownership. You can really feel the positive changes taking root. What once felt like a disorganized hangout for off-the-clock employees now feels like a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood spot.
It’s become the kind of place where you can comfortably grab a drink, meet up with friends, or even bring out-of-town guests without hesitation. The atmosphere strikes a great balance—casual, yet thoughtfully managed.
The food? Absolutely fantastic. Every dish we tried was flavorful and clearly made with care. Whether you’re just there for apps and drinks or planning to sit down for a full meal, you’re going to be impressed.
Also worth noting—the crowd was refreshingly diverse, creating an inclusive, friendly vibe that made the overall experience even better. It’s clear this establishment is on the upswing, and we’re excited to keep coming back.

Local cozy restaurant with a sports bar vibe. Great attentive staff. Nice menu selections and sides and drinks. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the burger was cooked exactly as I had asked The toppings were very good and I truly enjoyed every bite of it. I had the onion rings and coleslaw as sides and both were very very good as well. I had mixed feelings because the reviews for this place were quite mixed as well but I was pleasantly surprised as the food was great and the staff was even better. Don't think you can go wrong trying out this place it seems to be a local gem that only some know about.
