Went to northlake olive garden on Tuesday 02/25 and got some chicken and steak carbonara the steak didn't taste like real steak so I omitted it, the chicken carbonara was watery and not good at all, just edible. I paid for it so I ate it. I have been violently sick ever since I ate that food. Today is Thursday I've been out of work for 2 days. My system is trying to expell whatever virus I ingested from that food at all cost. I will never eat at any olive garden EVER again. JUST HORRIBLE! Oh and before anyone says I might have had a virus before I ate the carbonara, this is the second time that this has happened to me from this establishment. I didn't leave a review the last time because I thought that maybe I did have a virus but now I see that it's the food here. So yeah it's going to be a no for me forever.

The server was in a very bad mood 😒 we have r drinks., salad 3 bread 🥖 stick for 2 and after 30 minutes of waiting this is what we have burnt dry chicken and shrimp carbonara a and I ask for estar carbonara sauce!!Very disappointed ☹️ never coming back this is the second time they they this 😳😱😡😡😡😡

Only thing I didn't like was sitting in the open area, we would have preferred a booth. But according to the hostess they had limited staff in the area.

Today, my friend and I decided to have dinner at Olive Garden North lake/Huntersville, NC. After a long stressful day, we enjoyed a delicious food, but what made our dinner more special, was the service done by Mattan. I hope I'm spelling his name right. Thank you for making my day with your excellent costumer service, Mattan!

My husband and I took my mother and my son who was turning 16 that day and my younger son who was 12 to Olive garden for a nice Happy 16th Birthday dinner. The service was not good and that's being nice. It took forever to get our food I ordered a cocktail which came from the bar and that came the same time our food came. My drink was good can't really mess up a beer LoL But now we should move on to the food. My mother got soup in a salad which was good for her. My boys did not complain about their dinner... But they're teenagers So they eat anything and everything with no complaints!! Then when the waitress set my plate in front of me and my husband's plate in front of him... My husband and I looked at each other and looked down on our food and looked back at each other and then looked at the waitress🫤 then she asked if everything looked good... And there lies my problem. At that moment I knew why it took so long to get our drinks and our food because My husband's and my food looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for about 20 minutes maybe more. To say the least I was not happy especially it being my son 16th birthday and the food sucked... We never got to speak to a manager and just that was that. I love Olive garden food but I haven't been back.
