Will not be coming back. Twice in a row we had a waiter completely forget about us. This most recent trip we saw the waitress twice. Once to take our order and to deliver food. Not once were we checked on. The coke was so flat and I wanted a different drink. No sign of our waitress. Try to order on kiosk, successfully order but no drink was delivered. Put on the flashing light to alert for waitress. Nothing. Had so many servers just walk right past including what looked like a manager. Then a large table was set beside us. She came to take care of this table except not checking on us once. She came back three times and ignored us! Decided it wasn’t worth it waiting an additional 30 min just to try and get a new drink so we check out on the kiosk. The drink I ordered is on there but didn’t get it. So not coming back being treated that way!

This restaurant was great. We were seated quickly, server was awesome, food was really good. One of the waiters even sung a Christmas song and received a round of applause. Staff is super friendly and professional, and you just don’t get that everywhere. If you’re not a big eater, I suggest sharing a dish with someone, portions are nicely sized.

Visiting this Olive Garden while we’re here working from SLC, and I wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I was. As a former restaurant and catering business owner, I understand the importance of consistent customer service and quality across the board, and Maureen absolutely delivered.
Her service was top notch. If her level of care and professionalism could be replicated across the team, it would serve the company incredibly well. The Zuppa Toscana tonight was more brothy than creamy with a slight off taste, and the Eggplant Parmesan had clearly been sitting under the warmer long enough for the spaghetti noodles to crisp. Maureen handled everything with grace. She immediately brought out a fresh order of spaghetti and marinara, and although she has no control over the kitchen, she took total ownership of the experience and made it right.
Her attitude was genuinely contagious, even on a busy Friday night.
If you visit this Olive Garden, ask for Maureen. She won’t let you down.
P.S. To management: take good care of her - she’s a keeper.

This Location is HORRIBLE
The Server was Slow The Manager Mahogany was Super Nasty, Rude had A HORRIFIC ATTITUDE and Need to be FIRED
Several Table came in 30 to 40 mins after us and were seated and fed before we even got salad and Bread Sticks
Mahogany came over and said the reason we waited an hour and half for our food was because everyone else's food was pre-cooked and ours had to be cooked to order
Like it was our fault. If you can't cook it to order in a timely manner take it off your menu the Whole experience was Garbage Close the whole restaurant and Try Again

I ordered for pickup , I get home look at it and I’m my opinion paying $17 for pasta and getting this little bit of pasta this not even worth $17 is ridiculous. Where is the rest? I think it’s honestly insane. You charge a fortune for pasta and then don’t even give the amount of food that’s worth it.and the other pasta with chicken $20 and still not enough.and the pasta is so dry it’s insane.do better.the woman who bring the food out the the car she was very nice.

From the moment we walked in until the time we walked out the doors the service was excellent. Fast seating, food was at the table quickly and tasted incredible. Mahogany and her team made our visit great.

Jordan was the most excellent server ever! We had a party of 15 (including two tired toddlers) and Jordan was calm, cool, collected, and anticipated all of our needs and asks. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and overall a delightful person. Additionally he was patient and effective in communicating with another server (AJ) who I believe he was training. I want to acknowledge what an excellent and pleasant experience we had and it was mainly because of Jordan! Keep doing great things Jordan- your future is very bright!

Not a fan of this location, the service sucked and so did the food, just mid. i’ll stick to the steele creek location, and if that means an extra 15 minute drive, i’ll take it. i’ll never return to this location.
