We had to wait for a while because we were a big party.Food is good. Try the sirloin and Alfredo.Soup was cold when served, but the waiter did a good job and fixed it for us.Appetizers are one of a kind.We did not have dessert, entres are sides were generous and there was no room.Will come back and highly recommend it.Try making reservations in advance.

This was my very first time at Olive Garden and it was amazing! We took my daughter here for her 9th birthday. We got a bunch to share and it was very tasty. Our server was awesome and accommodating.

This location is downright terribleThe last time I was here, the teenaged bartenders ignored me so long that I laughed out loud in astonishment. When I began to walk towards the door, THAT'S when they scurried over to offer a menu.. NO THANKS!The only reason I went back today is because I was in the area on my lunch break. I walk in, the hostess stared me dead in my face with no greeting. After I said hi, she gave back the driest greeting I've ever seen. Barely audible and didn't even pretend to try to Crack a smile.I go to the restroom and try to shake it off..I come back to the host stand and wait 5 minutes. Then a different girl comes and says "just give her a minute".No bartender in sight the entire time.After "just giving her a minute" (actually 5), I finally left.This location will probably not make it thru the next 5 years.. and it's nobody's fault but their own.All of this took place on a Friday afternoon.Do better! I rather drive all the way to concord mills.

This evening my family did a carry out order. There was an issue with one of our entrees. I called and spoke with the Manager Shanitra and she made it right. She listened and was very courteous. Thanks Shanitra you are awesome!!!

Food was good (as usual), but service was extremely slow. It took 25 minutes to get a drink. It was no better from there.They were apologetic. They must have all new staff and everyone trying to get used to everything.I'll try one more to see if it gets better. It might have been a one off.

Order dinner. The alfredo sauce had no taste. It was so plain. The bread wasnt as good as it used to be. I just hate I spent over 40 for 2 plates not worth a darn.
