Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our food and service was great; however, one of the wait staff decided to vacuum literally around our table for over 15 minutes. It was almost impossible to have a reasonable conversation, and it lasted so long it started to feel like an SNL skit. When we were leaving we noticed she was turning her apron in, so I guess she didn't want to start waiting on a table at the end of her shift, so she ruined our meal instead!

Love going here to have business lunches. Clean, great service (Shout out to our amazing server Isaak). This will always be our go to spot for dinning. The staff makes this place so great and we appreciate them! See you soon!

The best food I've had from an olive garden in a while!

This was the best Olive Garden Ive ever ate at and had excellent service. Im visiting from Wisconsin and my waiter JC did such great service for me. I even gave him a higher tip than normal because he showed great service, attentiveness and cares that customers are satisfied. Also Manager Jon Gavin is one of the best Olive Garden Managers I ever met. He made sure customers were satisfied even if his waitresses and waiters already asked. I was so impressed I asked to see Manager Jon again just to show and thank him for such great service and a memorable restaurant Ill never forget. Cant wait to go back when I visit Charlotte again.

Camilo is one of the greatest waiters we have ever had! This was truly our best experience at this restaurant. I am so impressed by his hospitality and outstanding customer service. He made my family feel welcomed and cared for as if we were his own. He paid attention to every single detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We went out for my fiance birthday we let them know it was his birthday no birthday song no dessert the service was terrible the waitress was not very attentive the food was half cooked the manager had to come back twice food still wasn't properly cooked finally the manager took both meals off terrible terrible terrible service & food

Had a great meal tonight at this Olive Garden location. Our server Lulu was amazing and the manager with the glasses went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal and experience.

You honestly can't beat Olive Garden when you're craving pure comfort food. The unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks are always a 10/10, the breadsticks came out piping hot and fresh. My chicken alfredo was super rich and delicious too. Knocked off one star just because our server took a really long time to bring out our second basket of breadsticks, but overall it was a great dinner.
