finally got to try it after 3 yrs.. come from Ohio... GAS 500 BUCKS HOTEL 800 BUCKS OMG DONUTS... PRICELESS

Incredibly fresh and well-made donuts. Complex in flavor and great chew. You can pick your donut fillings, and there's even Bavarian cream! The people who work here are always a joy to talk to and I can't wait to go back.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier couldn’t even initiate ordering or telling us what order was ours. It was the most bizarre experience like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job.

Great donuts, rating a 4 because they don’t have decaf coffee. Never been to a coffee shop that doesn’t have decaf.

We usually go to the Concord location but finally tried this location. The donuts were amazing as usual but I could’ve dealt without the young light skinned girls stale attitude that checked us out. She lacks all sense of any type of customer service. She felt very cold and uninviting. Other than that, the donuts are always great.

Just want to thank Krispy Kreme for no longer carrying blueberry cake donuts because it made me search for another donut shop. And as the clouds part and angels sing, we have found it!! OMG Donuts ! The blueberry cake donut was very bluebery-eee and the lightest cake donut I have had. But the best one (so far...) is their apple fritter donut. It is THE BEST APPLE FRITTER DONUT EVER CREATED!
Now, on to try the creme filled donuts...(did you know you get to pick your filling and what kind of donut it goes into and they fill it right there?! I mean, COME ON!)

Just came from here, to pick up some donuts. Man, could the service be *anymore* underwhelming? One girl was handling the donuts, and another rang us up. Now SHE looked absolutely *thrilled* to be there. I could barely even hear what she said about how much I owed her because she barely moved her mouth. VERY lackluster, and could’ve cared less. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip??? That's hilarious. All around, it was a very awkward interaction. If I wanted service like that, I should've just gone to Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. They don't care either. Listen, if you guys want to stand out from the typical chains, hire people with a personality and TRAIN them on customer service!!! 3-stars for the donuts, but that's about it. It'll be a while before I go back. It’s enough to keep me away.

OMG is consistently delicious whenever we visit. I love the lemon doughnut and coffee and my husbands favorite is the Apple fritter. Actually, our entire family loves OMG as well. So much so we decided to have OMG at our wedding. Our guests kept commenting how delicious everything was.

Highly recommend OMG for daily treats and large orders for events!

Came for coffee and left with an apple fritter and filled to order eclair (for wife). Wow. Best donuts I ever had. So fresh and crisp. Coffee was great too.
