On the Green Deli & Catering

It is apparent that the cooking staff has changed from the 3-4 years ago. The food was really good back then. However, now the food is lacking and isn't cooked very well. The customer service can range from very friendly to passive, but I have never experience rude. You can def. tell changes have occurred. I use to go regularly now after a few bad experience recently with badly prepared food, I go mainly for the coffee. I tried to give it a few more tries, in hopes that the food would get better. However, it is more often that the food I have ordered is not very good anymore. I do hope it gets better. However, please try it for yourself and make your own decision, you may like it.

The owner is awesome but her staff are very rude. They constantly get my order wrong and react as if I am the problem. They never say good morning and never seem like they want to be there. Other than that I would probably enjoy being a patronage of this place but the staff does not do a good job with making sure their customer's are satisfied or help with ensuring they will return. Poor Service.

I cannot agree more with Trenise The new customer service is horrendous. I will never eat at this establishment again!!! There are women acting like children behind the counter being vocally disrespectful and making sarcastic statements out loud simply because you want the order you pay for. I hope the owner provides a training on customer service " for every action there is a reaction and with those attitudes they will not make it very far!

A co-worker picked up a sandwich for me and brought it back to the office. Great start to the day!

Customer service is horrible. I came in this morning for breakfast, and I'm standing behind a lady, and a guy. The guy was second in line and the lady was first. The cashier CLEARLY IGNORED THE LADY NEXT IN LINE AND went to "JOSH'' that was the guy's name who was second. And then once she gave him his food, she STILL ignored the lady! The other cashier actually had to take her order. Even though the customer didn't complain, I felt like that was very rude! I gave 2 stars because the food is actually pretty good! But good customer service is everything!

The food is amazing and the staff is very kind and pleasant. You get your food on time and the price is also right. I recommend this place to everyone. 10/10 restaurant.

They have the best potato salad you will ever get. The staff is always pleasant and usually gets your good up very quickly if you order on-site. However, you can also order takeout and have your food ready on arrival.
