They don’t allow dogs and staff told us they did on the phone as long as they are on the patio and outside.. when we got here they wouldn’t let us. They were pretty dead besides a few people with kids who were using it as a playground.. so I guess you missed out on business.
Response to owner: I understand however we weren’t given the opportunity to let the staff know that they were actually service animals. Just immediately told to leave and dogs aren’t allowed. We felt like it would have been an argument so we chose to leave. Train your staff!

We liked the location and atmosphere of Open tap on Carmel Rd. However, on our way out, we were asked to put our drink wristband (that's attached to our CC) in a slotted box that has only 3 options (25%, 20%, 15% gratuity). There were absolutely no servers, only the one person taking your credit card and handing you a wristband (a solid 45 seconds interaction at most). All the tables were dirty and nothing was wiped down…. Tips, are for good services offered, in this case there were no services offered. Where is the no tip container? You can not force customers to pay a tip.

Open Tap is such a fun experience! It is the perfect place to hang out with friends and grab a drink. It’s a place where you pour your own beverage, which is awesome so you’re not standing there forever trying to get a bartender’s attention. Plus, with all the different beer choices you have options and aren’t just stuck with one brand of beer like you would be at a brewery. They have rotating food trucks which is great so you can experience different things! Definitely recommend adding this to your weekend rotations!

Very fun concept! An self-serve alcoholic beverage bar . I really loved the experience. Made me feel like I was my own little bartender. No more leaning over the bar trying to get the bartender’s attention (if you know, you know lol) good wine selection and cider (cocktails were too strong for my taste ?)

Love it here but prices have tripled since open. I have always had the same amount and would have an $18 tab at start up which has turned into $59. That's a lot for three half glasses of Prosecco.

I LOVE this place, a friend recommended it and I liked it much more than I thought. Very family friendly, kind staff and I found a new favorite hard cider that I can ONLY buy here. Live music mostly on the weekends. This is a nice place to unwind and explore new beverages and food. Great atmosphere, wheelchair friendly and they have great food trucks.j go whenever I can, check it out

Gnats hover around the taps and management doest seem to care. Beer selection is meh.. I'm sure hipsters enjoy it and they make a lot of money
Nice place to hang out with many different beers to try. Very clean and open. Would definitely come again.
