As many people have posted dog friendly. I was turned away with my dog and was told that only service dogs are allowed. Dog friendly and service dog only are not the same. Maybe this location will change to include other dog owners so they can enjoy such a great location in the future.

I come here sometimes and appreciate the ability to self-pour as little or as much beer as I want, but it’s expensive, like going to a pro sports game, almost. I am still giving it four stars because I feel there is a good reason why it’s expensive. We are paying for the convenience of it all, so I understand why it’s like that and won’t complain. I love the atmosphere, the concept, and the location is great. Great friendly staff too.

I really liked this place. Granted it's the first time I have gone to a soft serve place. But I loved it. Was able to taste several beers without committing that much and had a great time.
The place is pretty big and a lot of open spaces. Food trucks outside. Just a good time all around. Definitely going back!

The best self-pour locations in Charlotte. Classy and elevated atmosphere. Came here on Charlotte Idol night - highly recommend! Gave a cute sense of community that I feel most places lack. Everyone (employees and guests) was super kind and they one guys who I would describe as the “chief vibes officer” who recommended drink types, made sure everyone was taken care of, and overall making sure the vibes were top tier.

I’ve been to OpenTap twice and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this venue and my experiences! There is so much to do at this place, from the exterior patio, outdoor games, open tap bars, second level loft, food, weekly events, live performances and so on! I highly recommend visiting OpenTap!
