Our 2nd time visiting, and definitely not the last, as our daughter in particular LOVES their pizza. Since True Crafted Pizza at Stonecrest closed in 2023, this is the closest we’ve found.The outside dining doesn’t have much atmosphere, but it was a lovely spring evening in Charlotte, so very pleasant. Our waiter (feel bad that I forgot his name) was wonderful - just the right amount of attention without overdoing it.The braised short rip pizza was very good; my only quibble with it, was the short rib was a little dry. Still delicious, though. The Margherita pizza is perfect, and the Eggplant Parmagiana (not pictured) with spaghetti was good 1 and a lot of food!My wife thought the tiramisu was wonderful, our girls polished off the hot chocolate chip brownie, and their vanilla/chocolate/honey bourbon tickled my taste buds just like a real Italian gelato.
Fantastic service! Scott, our server was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely personable. The food was incredible!! The best I've had in years ... and we're foodies that don't go to the same restaurant twice but we will be coming back! The owners Trish and Ken paid a visit to our table to introduce themselves..I can't recommend this place enough.THIS IS A MUST TRY!

Found myself in Charlotte for a quick weekend getaway and found this quaint Italian joint. After calling two other restaurants that couldn't get me in, osteria luca got us in quick. Firstly, their espresso martini is amazing. We sat on the patio which was amazing with the space they have. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and a margarita pizza. Came out in less then 15 minutes, hot, fresh, and very delicious. Pasta was not overcooked which is common for restaurants to do, so cudos to the boh. The pizza was light and the crust was very good. If you find yourself needing a good italian place, look no further.

What a lovely time! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. They did their best to make sure our reservations were upheld, despite the rude patrons who tried to sabotage our reserved table. The staff handled the situation well and we were able to enjoy our meal at our reserved table. From the time we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything to drink. The food was tasty and the desserts were delicious.

A little cold inside but food was amazing! Fig and goat cheese pizza so yummy. Dessert was okay nothing amazing but out of Moscato which was sad. Love the qr code on the check foe easy payment.

I came here on a weeknight with my best friend after we went to a book signing next door. We came in within the closing hour, but the hostess was generous enough to let us in any way. The ambiance is romantic and classy. We sat at the bar and promptly placed our drink and food orders. The bartender didn't seem happy to see the last-minute additions but remained pleasant enough throughout the interaction. I ordered a cocktail and the pappardelle bolognese, which was flavorful and filling. As soon as we finished, we left to relieve the staff.
