Ordered a steak well done.. when it arrived to my table, it was undercooked after cutting into it.. the waitress came by to check on the meal and I pointed this out to her.. she took the plate and stated it'd be fixed.. another person brings me a plate of steak back.. and upon looking at it.. it was the same piece that I just sent back.. they just cut the piece that I cut into off and re-cooked it.. I obviously didn't want that.. so they offered another one.. really!! Then when the bill came, there was a charge for the other one.. that wasn't eaten!!! Which they then credited... 🤨

Food too salty, under staffed, food including salad terrible. Old brown iceberg lettuce on a chopped salad. Do not eat ANYTHING blooming on menu unless you need a lot of salt

I ordered the sirloin, it came out undercooked, flavorless and tough. When the manager came by and checked on me, I told her that it was undercooked. She did offer to recook it, but I was afraid if it was recooped.It would be even tougher. I ordered double mashed potatoes.They came out lukewarm. To top it all off I ordered carrot cake to go. It was rock hard frozen when I said I was from out of town I wasn'.I received no silverware.

Ate at Outback today and had the Prime rib sandwich. It would have been so much better if the meat was sliced thin. It was tough and difficult to eat.

The steak I had was very very tuff.It was a big party but they were not ready for us.2 waiters for about 30 people.We arrived at 12:50 pm and I did get my food until 3:15 pm

I love outback! Their food has never let me down, but today the service was ridiculous Madi B was our server, her attitude was very sweet but her service was awful. I thought that having the privilege to be a Bar Tender meant that you are a strong Server very attentive and give great service. She had the bar and four other tables to the side when I got there at 12:30 there was not that many people at the bar. She really only had her tables but it took her 30 minutes to greet me. I got there before my family because I wanted to put our appetizers in. We had three small kids so of course the experience just kept getting worse and worse and worse when she finally came and got our drinks and appetizers, it was taking her so long to come back and get our entrées that I had to start bothering other servers to do her job for her. I understand that things get very busy, but also a server needs to know when it's time for them to get a manager involved and help out if they're overwhelmed with their workload the whole experience took a little over two hours and when we were finally ready to pay the check, she had the audacity to say give me one second I'll come back to your table absolutely not ma'am. I need to go now. The managers definitely need to do a better job and making sure that their servers aren't getting more tables or parties than they can handle to avoid guest not getting quality service. I paid to eat at outback steakhouse today to basically serve my own family.
service was the worst. Slow, we had to ask for bread and water twice, no plates provided. In spite of all that the food was good, except bloom onion was bad and they replaced it

During our visit Rueben the owner was so amazing. He offered to have my gluten free burger lettuce wrapped! We sat the bar and given excellent service by the bartender who was serving guests. However, the other bartender was awkwardly not friendly. She would not make eye contact or say hello when she gave us menus or silverware. She did however talk to employees, cutting up and laughing the whole time. This made our expierence weird even though Rueben and the other bartender was really great. I'd expect more from bar staff.
