Outback Steakhouse

We walk into Outback to find nobody at the hostess stand for nearly 5 minutes. Ok. We get seated and realize there is no silverware, no plates, no salt, no waiter in sight. We wait, he finally greets us with bread as he is running to another table and when we ask if he can bring us water he seems baffled as to why we asked that question. We ordered a cocktail, wrong cocktail comes out, ok. Food came out and was good. It felt like we got scammed by Chilis for 90 bucks. Not coming back.

The food was great as always for an Outback. However, the service at this particular location was something left to be desired. It took 20 minutes for a server to actually come to our table - with only a handful of tables in the entire restaurant actually seated. Once someone finally came over, it wasn't our server - whole only made 2-3 appearances at our table the entire meal. Disappointed in the service, but enjoyed the meal with my family.

Our server misplaced my order from bone-in ribeye to boneless ribeye, and he made no apology when I asked about it. He also asked us whether we want more bread, but the bread didn’t come until we pay our bill. The other tables got their bread sooner than us (though they were asked after us), and our server was way more welcoming to them than to us.

If the food wasn’t great, there would be zero stars. Our family of 4 (includes 2 small kids) were sat at a table at 6:45 on a Saturday night. Our server finally greeted us at 6:56 where we gave our order. We then waited a good twenty minutes for our drinks to come to the table. Our dinner was served at about 7:45, meaning we had been there for already an hour. Once we finished eating, we ordered desserts for our kids and asked our server to also bring the check. His reply was that he doesn’t have to so we don’t feel rushed, even though we had already been there 1.5 hours and the waiting area was packed with people waiting for their tables. Needless to say we didn’t get the check with the desserts and finally got the check at 8:40, only to wait another 20 minutes for him to come back with the credit card machine. In what world is it okay for a Saturday night dinner to take over 2 hours? We will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

This is the nastiest food I've ever bought from a restaurant I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta and it's literally unbearable 🤢 I can't even finish it. But it's too far away for me to return it I do not recommend this location they don't season the food at all it's very bland, from the noodles to the shrimp to the chicken nothing was seasoned with any salt or anything else 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Food was very good. Place was empty and yet service was mediocre. Empty glasses are not acceptable. Update: my filet was BURNT on top. I was hungry so I did not sent it back. Cooked perfectly and had a good taste. Until later when I was burping burnt steak. Sweet potato was very small and just warm. Butter did not even melt.

Our hostess Cora was such a genuine character, she was so sweet and kind. She is very interactive and engaged in conversation it’s such a refreshing thing to see and experience! Our server Jada was also very kind and funny she attended to our needs and constantly made sure everything was going good. The service was amazing and we all felt so welcome! Would definitely come again.

The wings are FABOLOUS and not to mention the blooming onion. In addition, you have to get those brussel sprouts, whatever concoction they mix it up with, they are mouth watering. And those wings I have to have those wings each week. They are THE BEST! I go here at least once or twice a week now. The staff is so attentive and quick and friendly. When I order take out the wait is quick and thorough I have all my utensils, side items, correct order, food piping hot when I get home. Just love this place.

Great experience! We were a little worried since it was a Friday night and hardly anyone was in the parking lot—we took a chance and it was worth it! Service was polite and quick, food was piping hot and delicious! Was definitely a great way to end the night.

Chris and Damien in the bar area are equally amazing! They create a vibrant atmosphere, mixing up delicious drinks and engaging with guests, which adds to the overall experience. Their friendly banter and expert service make every visit memorable.
