When this location opened it was great. Good attentive service and quality food. In the past few months is really gone down hill.
Service is very slow. Tonight we came as a 3 top, they sat us in the bar area. For a half empty restaurant this dinner took nearly 1.75 hours. Luckily we took our desert to go or it would have been longer.
The bartender was alone and having to service tables and his bar but the server well. Manager was non supportive at best. No refills unless flagged down and requested.
Good was good al though some was not very hot.
Used to be a great new location to the area, now its going very down hill and will soon be a forgotten location for locals.

How do you get ignored by your server for 45 minutes, even when it’s not busy? Eat here. We had to flag down other servers to get our order corrected and get refills. Left thirsty. We had a similar experience here last month. The owner needs to hire a manager that can get the job done.

I thought when they put this out back out here near my house that it would be a blessing. It's been a year since I decided to come back because of the poor service I got last year. I came in Saturday September 20th at 7:30 it was not busy the tables were messy but they wasn't busy . It took the server I don't know how long to ask us for drinks then someone else took my order when my daughter finished her refill. It took forever for her to come back and ask her On An Empty Glass do you want something to drink.. how stupid ... I was going to the bar because it took her over 10 minutes to bring something then I looked over she showed up. okay now let's talk about the food wasn't bad but my service was terrible. This is why I haven't been back I won't be coming back I will be going to the location off of Highway 160 or Concord Mills or East Boulevard where I have never had any issues with service.... This place needs to be shut down ..no management was insight nor did anyone come to my table. All they going to do is put some lame comment on my experience ...well at this point you can take your comment and shove it.

This Outback has NO customer service. We waited forever for drinks and bread and the blooming onion, the waitress complained about home problems, we were trying to celebrate our one year anniversary, she admitted to being on the phone with her boyfriend and that’s why everything was taking long. We left before we got our food. Unprofessional establishment with no customer service. I would avoid this Outback.
Had to wait for an hour for a table. one i ordered took an hour for a cold well done steak. Sent it back and never got it back. left no food . Really bad experience.
