Good bread, delicious, the lady who paid attention to us may have had a happy day. But he took care of us the best he could.

On Friday I went and bought a king's cake and it was delicious like every year, but on Monday the 6th I bought another one and it tasted completely different, and it had already been made for days, it tasted horrible and it's not exactly cheap 40 dollars

This place is where if you accidentally drop a piece of bread they charge you for it, the ladies expect a tip, they have a jar there because of the rude faces they make, I have seen that only the men smile very kindly, hence the ladies. They see badly, especially if they have children, I understand that sometimes children can behave restlessly but this is not always the case, I have seen children who are very well behaved and even so they see them badly, they put the bread that is not fresh in front of them and that's it. When it is ending, they take out the freshly baked bread and leave. Even though it hasn't arrived, the lady also cleans and cleans the trays with a flannel from a bucket of dirty water, the trays are all ugly crooked, the bread falls off and then they leave charging you, to sell it later, pay attention when you go, the owner of Will this place be so poor??? Who can't invest in some good trays??? You won't have the character or time to continue having rude workers who look like they don't have a husband. And time to supervise....in short, they are businesses that define Mexicans, the cakes that are super sweet.... jellies, flans, all expensive, in short, they don't care about the customers.
I placed an order for a cake (on North Tryon) and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it at the location where I ordered it. They sent me to pick it up at the bakery on Central Avenue. When I got to the Central one, they didn't have it either. One orders the cakes in advance so that they are prepared and ready to go. Very bad service!
The attention in these bakeries is very bad from the women who serve, they are not at all cordial, they are always with their boss, as if you were going to ask them for a gift, how they forget that thanks to you, they eat and apart from that, they almost wipe you out. my feet when I'm choosing my bread, this has happened to me often, they should hire people who like their work and always have a good face and good customer service 👌

Nice place good to serve you
Driest 3 leches cake I have ever eaten, I think it doesn't have one milk, two or three!!! Or they gave me the oldest one in the display case! The quality of the tres leches is very low, as the milk used to be used when you cut it!!!! I don't recommend it

It looks and it’s run more like a store than a bakery. Also, it stinks in there.
Odalys on South Blvd have fresh bread in and out alllll day and the smell of fresh bread lures you in.

Truly a very bad place, the treatment was terrible and there was also no product I was looking for, they only accept cash, what a mediocre place for a developed country.
