Came here irritated after being ripped off at pep boys across the street. I got some chicken that was super rubbery and hesitated to say something but ended up asking if I could just switch it out. The team handled the situation so nice - all fast food chains need to learn. They ended up giving me a fresh new box with a different meat and was very apologetic. Really made my day after it being so stressful and the food was SO fresh and good. Really recommend this location.
