Came here irritated after being ripped off at pep boys across the street. I got some chicken that was super rubbery and hesitated to say something but ended up asking if I could just switch it out. The team handled the situation so nice - all fast food chains need to learn. They ended up giving me a fresh new box with a different meat and was very apologetic. Really made my day after it being so stressful and the food was SO fresh and good. Really recommend this location.
The best Panda I’ve been to not only in Charlotte but in this whole area. Staff is very friendly and they do not skimp. They all feel grateful to be there and high positive energy. By far once of the best food service experiences from this location.
