An entree that is advertised at $6.50 is then sold for $12.55 with an upcharge of $2.50 with a $4.39 soda. Making a meal that should be around $7-11 cost a whopping $21.04.... Good tastes decent. A bit better than I can microwave from Sam's Club, at about 5 times the price.

I got the super greens and chow mein. Both tasted unseasoned and overcooked. The staff was friendly, but the food is not recommended.

It’s a nice option for healthy food at the airport. I paid $11 for the grilled teriyaki chicken with noodles — it was tasty, fresh, and felt healthy. Worst Panda ever. Always out of everything.

Oh my God. If you want to get screamed at by a lady named Taru for the short time you are at CLT this is the place to go. I’ve never seen a lady more inflexible and easily stressed. Screaming at customers may be ok in India. Not here. I am at this airport sometimes multiple times a day. But one thing doesn’t change - Taru’s attitude. 🙄1 star review. Just be Kind!

I got really bad food poisoning here right for getting on a flight eating their grilled chicken on aug 9, 2025. The Service was fine but it’s not worth your bathroom time.

This is not typical. Must be short of staff. Half the food was obviously old, off color. I chose what looked fresh and it was great. Line was super slow and staff was very casual.

terrible customer service talking with an attitude the Indian looking woman at the cashier Food very low quality and I have seen in cockroaches after I bought my food from there passing through the Restaurant
