Line was long but service has it moving with speed and efficiency. Food was delicious and filling.

Absolutely the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. I fly through CLT on a very regular basis, and this location is consistently terrible. They never seem to have super greens as a side, and the few options they usually have are cold or just gross. The staff seems to move slow and are constantly engaged in their own conversations. I’ve heard them use curse words, etc. Whoever manages this location is clearly hands-off

It's Panda Express. It's full of all the things a human should not eat. High carbs. High bad fats. Preservatives. Gluten. Even so. When at an airport. Sometimes it's necessary to eat such things. Edible. But not a healthy choice.

Pleasantly surprised by this location — these guys pile on the food its da real deal - tables are clean with outlets too
I was looking for the really good orange chicken which I accidentally misinterpreted as teriyaki chicken but the kind cashier gave me a little cup of teriyaki chicken too and for free.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier gave me a free cup of orange teriyaki chicken because I misinterpreted as teriyaki chicken

I ordered a bowl around 8pm on a Saturday. They were completely out of my favorite meat, but the nice young man behind the glass helped me pick an alternative and explained the flavor profiles. They were running very low on the one chicken dish that looked like the best option. He served it to me and noticed there was not nearly enough for a full order, so he asked if I wanted a small scoop of something else to complete the order. I thought this was a great way to proactively handle the situation, since I would not want to pay full price for a partial portion. Mind you, all meats are the same price on the menu. We could have left it there and I would have been happy with my meal and impressed with the level of service at a fast food restaurant.
The reason for this review is because of his coworker (and supervisor, I assume) who shouted at him in front of me and talked badly about him to me for making the decision to finish my order with a different meat. She was completely rude, embarrassing, and unprofessional. I will not be returning, knowing that they would rather sell me a partial meal at full price and disrespect an employee in public.

This is the best Panda Express I've ever had. I normally don't like Panda Express, but there was nothing good to eat in this airport. The line of the Panda Express was extremely long. So I was like, at a minimum, The food is gonna be fresh. I got the bourbon chicken and they replaced the chicken as soon as I walked up there. I also got fresh fried rice in the low main. The line was a little slow, but once I got to ordering, It was pretty quick and $11 for 1 entree, and 2 1/2 sides is pretty good for the airport, the bourbon chicken was outstanding and they did not skimp. On the portions, definitely worth the money. Especially for the airport.

The fried rice was extremely dry and tasted like it was cooked in lard.
The honey almond shrimp I had was soggy. I dont know how one makes shrimp soggy but they accomplished it. Maybe to much oil The almonds were good
The service I got from the cashier was begrudging at best
I advise the weary traveler to keep traveling.

Avoid them. Not a real panda since it’s operated by a host. The food is not up to standards and the service is rude as f. Poor selection of dishes and not the same as other pandas. They are not part of the rewards program either.

Normally I really love Panda Express. This Panda is by far the slowest "Express" I have ever seen. There were maybe 4 people ahead of me in line and I bet it took over 30 minutes before I could order. I was hoping that the taste would be worth the wait but again I was disappointed. Probably the worst food I have ever got at a Panda Express. Next time through the airport I will go elsewhere.
