The bagels are always delicious, but the entire dozen I ordered has been sliced so unevenly, one half is thinner than a piece of bread. It’s happened more than once when I’ve ordered a bagel pack, I don’t understand how this can be done wrong. Just disappointing.

Super convenient for office workers, this Panera is only open weekdays and only from 7am to 4pm. There's no dawdling here on a weekend with a coffee and a laptop.Inside, the usual menu of sandwiches, salads and soups. Plenty of seating in different configurations. Of course, the wifi is only good for a short while because Panera is not looking for you to sit here all day with your laptop.There are tables outside with umbrellas where you can sit on a nice day and hopefully no one lights up a cigarette to ruin it. Do not order takeout or pick up from this specific location. I placed on order in my app for pick up at noon and when I got there during my lunch break my order was nowhere to be seen so I figured it was done yet even though the app said it was ready. I came back again after 10 minutes and my order was still not there. When I asked about my pick up they told me someone took my order and didn’t bother letting me know. It was well over an hour by now and they remade my order only to give me 2 of the wrong items. They gave me a different sandwich and the wrong size soup. Other Panera’s have been fine but this location is lacking a lot.

I am order frequently when I am at work. Today is no different. I ordered a you pick two and the order was placed at 2:04pm, ready for pick up at 2:14pm. I walked from work on my lunch break to pick up my order. When I arrived, me and another guest were there to pick up and the cashier told us both they closed early because it was slow...knowing they had orders coming in. They cancelled both our orders with not so much as a notification or warning. Yes, I understand Thanksgiving is tomorrow...but it is TOMORROW. Google has their hours until 4:00pm today. If you want to close early, that's fine. But make it known. So not only did I not get my order, but I had to get back to work. Thanks Panera team for your Fabulous Customer Service.You have lost my business!!

I like Panera. I ordered a pick two, the creamy tomato soup and chicken frontega sandwich every time. This time, I'm really disappointed, look at my picture of the sandwich. The price went up, but the ingredients lessen. A total of $17 with tips and what I got is just bread. So disappointed.
we've been waiting for the last 30 minutes just for a grill cheese an apple and some chips just terrible on there part.

Placed a large catering order on Tuesday for delivery next day. Sandwiches, salads, chips, cookies for 30 people and the delivery was right on time, food was nicely packaged and neat. The delivery and set up done by the driver was great! I'm so happy with the presentation, service, neatness, and promptness of the order! I will definitely be using this service again and soon!
