Old guy behind the counter had a serious attitude problem. once it was my turn to be helped I started by saying "Hi, I've got a doordash for..." and as I started saying that he waved his hand for me to hurry up because apparently the 6 words I said before the name was a waste if his precious time. I told him the name and he straugh uo tolf me it wasnt ready even though I could see it behind him in the shelf. I had to ask another employee who grabbed it for me.
I cannot believe this place is even open and people enjoy their food. It is awful completely horrible.

Location is nice and clean if dining in, but would recommend not ordering takeout/delivery. On several occasions, have placed group orders and every time something was ‘forgotten’ - those that didn’t receive their order have always had a difficult time receiving a credit for the items not received.

Management lets homeless people sleep in the cafe. Waiting close to 10 minutes for a cup is a failure in management.

One of the worst experiences at a Panera Bread location. I ordered a croissant with egg and a sandwich, but they prepared the sandwich with regular white bread instead. When I called the store, the staff was very rude. They said they were out of stock on croissants and that they didn’t know how it was still showing as available on the website. The way the staff spoke made it seem like it was my fault for ordering from the website.
Dirty place, bad odor.
