Had a mishap with DoorDash taking over 45 minutes to drop off my order when the store is less than 10 minutes away. I called Panera, they not only remade everything but went above and beyond in customer service when I picked it up! My son enjoyed the gifted cookies.

I stopped here for lunch. No one was at the register because I believe they were too focused on the self serve kiosks. Would have been nice to speak to someone.

We ordered for dine in at Ballantyne Panera area. The order was ready they did not even bother to call out when the food is ready and I’m not aware it’s ready. Had cold soup and bread. Pathetic service. Completely deserted. Food is not good as other locations. Salad arrived without Roman lettuce but not compensated with any other ingredients - staff told they were running out!

Today, 8/12/25, I placed a simple lunch order via the Panera app and headed inside. It was clear from the start that they were running WAY behind. My order was somewhere off the bottom of their status board. FORTY MINUTES LATER I still had no food, so I canceled the order through one of their employees and left. Subsequently, I called Customer Care to ask WHY the app didn’t alert me to the insane wait time at the time I placed my order. Even the confirmation I received stated that my order would be ready in TWELVE minutes! Customer Care informed me that it is up to the Café to have the app notify customers of extended wait times. I just don’t get it. WHY would you NOT do this for your customers?!?!?! 🤦🏼‍♀️😡

Indian Land and Kingsley are well-staffed with clean dining areas.
