Came here with family placed our order. This same order as today seems to always get messed up. we ordered the chicken caprese melt but there was no chicken. Karen in the kitchen made it all better. I recently ate lunch at the Panera Bread in Ballantyne with my daughter. I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb Salad. It has chicken, romaine, and mixed green lettuce with grape tomatoes, bacon, and a hard-boiled egg with the Green Goddess dressing. It was an outstanding salad, and I brought half of it home with me as it was a generous portion. The next time I am at Panera Bread, I will order this salad again.

My husband picked up a salad for me to go and when he brought it home I was honestly just kind of grossed out. The cucumbers had visibly gone bad and the bacon was in huge clumps that wouldn’t even separate. I can’t comment on service much because we didn’t eat inside but it’s frustrating ordering something to go, getting home, and seeing this. The salad itself also seemed just extremely small for the price, the 2 dressing containers took up so much space and there wasn’t much actual salad ?

I work on writing projects here on a regular basis. I’ve worked at cafes across the country and Ballantyne Panera is among my favorites. They deal with an incredibly high volume of customers every day, and yet manage to make all of us feel like they are family. Karen, Reshma, Ted, Nabila, Kaylynn, Amy ~ these people are the very best.
