I ordered a simple sandwich at Panera and specifically did not ask for bacon. When my food came, it had bacon all over it. I cannot eat bacon for religious reasons, so this was not just a minor inconvenience — it was extremely upsetting.

When I brought it up, the manager accused me of lying and refused to remake the sandwich or do anything about it. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a restaurant before. Not only was the mistake unacceptable, but the complete lack of empathy and professionalism from management made the entire situation far worse.

I will not be returning to this Panera, and I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here. If they can’t respect customers’ dietary restrictions — or at the very least show basic courtesy when they make a mistake — they don’t deserve your business.

Used the drive thru and it took three different people to take my order. A cup of chicken noodle soup, a bbq chicken sandwich and a large tea. Once I ordered it took another three people asking if I paid before I was able to pay. After paying I was handed a bag and told “ it’s wet” and then the window slammed shut. I figured it was just water on the bag. Well it was half the soup….The sandwich had two small chunks of chicken and was ice cold. I didn’t go back and never will.

Well where to begin- food was so inedible. My husband did not eat his breakfast sandwich and the scone was like a sugar piece of cardboard. Service, thought the young lady was sweet, she forgot our $5 change even after we reminded her.

I walked in and went to the kiosk to order, but I didn’t see the breakfast soufflé listed even though there were at least 10 of them still sitting out. I walked up to the front to ask about them. Two employees came over, looked at me, and then just walked off without saying a word. Eventually, one person did help and told me they couldn’t serve them because it was past breakfast hours. If that’s the case, I’m not sure why they were still visibly out.

I left feeling confused and honestly a little disrespected. I’m not sure if I was ignored because I’m Black or simply because the staff didn’t care, but either way it came off as rude and dismissive. That kind of customer service is unacceptable.

Restaurant is DIRTY. Sticky floors, tables, spoiled smell to the air. Desperately needs deep clean and carpet steaming/replacement. Really surprising considering the level of the Waverly shopping center. Clearly the owner either doesn't visit or doesn't care.

This paired with ever-increasing food prices makes it a hard pass for me.

Waited 30 minutes in line in drive through. Got wrong order after I clarified what I ordered. They didn’t seem to care or offer anything to make it right. Had to walk inside to wait another 10 minutes.

Me and my gym buddies pulled up here to eat our mcdonalds, as soon as we put our food on their tables outside a guy came out yelling at us saying hes calling the cops for trespassing. Clown management, just ask us to leave no point of involving the police for no reason. Cops were chill per usual.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The food was lower than average. We were the only car in the drive through line and it took 15 minutes for the employee to get our order, then it came with a large side of attitude from an unprofessional, rude young “lady.” If I owned this store, I would be humiliated by the employees.
