Never get soup in the drive-thru. Second time we opened our chicken and rice soup to find no chicken or rice. Ridiculous.

I should’ve looked at the previous review about chicken bacon rancher sandwich….. the fact that it’s routinely made like that at this location is unacceptable. See my picture of the “sandwich” below. I also ordered a french onion soup that had no cheese in it. the melted cheese is my favorite part. Also did not give me any croutons. I expected the apple to be forgotten but that somehow made it into the bag so thanks for that. This was my first time at this location and I won’t be coming back.
I got drive through, 2 half sandwiches and soup. Soup did not seem fresh at all. They did not ask what I wanted on my sides and just assumed I wanted chips. Did not enjoy the experience of this location. First and last time I am here. Lastly I paid over 30 dollars!! What a rip off for a small amount of food. Should be under 20….

The owner/manager should be embarrassed by the condition and customer service at this location. First, no one came to take our order, but directed to use the kiosk. Then, the ice machine is broken, and a nasty bucket of ice was put out by the drink station - not sure when it was last checked as it was mostly melted - not sure how many people used their dirty hands to filter out the water to get ice - GROSS! Someone was cleaning tables, but left a dirty rag on one table and used bucket of cleaning cloths on another table - why wasn’t this job finished and the cleaner put away? Lastly, when something wasn’t available, they wanted to substitute something else, but didn’t offer to refund the difference in item prices. For what we pay for food these days, service, food, atmosphere needs to be better. Oh and BTW - took 22 minutes to get 2 cups of soup and a half sandwich, with maybe 1 other order before mine. SMH

It takes forever to be ready
I’m not sure if they are over staffed or just don’t think ahead but I ordered at the drive thru, they said it would be right out and I waited about 10-15 minutes while they packaged the food of people behind me (my stuff was done and bagged minutes before but they just waited until they bagged all the orders) and they weren’t at the window, just ridiculous. Then the food was nasty (garden avo) and no spoon for the parfait. 🤦🏽♀️
Update: I didn’t realize but they also gave me the wrong item, it was supposed to be garden avo toast they gave me the sandwich…

The "pick 2" on the menu is confusing. Beware that it's not the price that they say on the menu.
For example: "A half sandwich is $4.50, but it's pick 2. So pick two, go ahead and add a small cup of soup to that! Okay, with a drink, that will be $17.00." (See photo)

3 times now I've ordered online and spent 45 minutes in the drive thru waiting to get my order. They either need an online order only pick up, or about 100 more employees. It's mind boggling.
been to MANY paneras! On Saturday they were out of iced coffee and souffles! I’ve gone many times to this location and they take forever to bring food out. Hardly any staff too. barely put any chicken in the sandwiches. There’s also a blonde girl who works there that is VERY rude. Manager is anxious and can’t handle stress and isn’t managing location properly! You lost our business at this location as well as many other peoples business! The arboretum location makes everything perfect!

Terrible location that does not deserve your business, 5 times in a row I visit your location in the early morning, you tell me at 7 am you don't have soufflés and will not be looking to prepare more, when speaking to the staff I could tell that they were lazy and do not like to make these daily, when I visited months prior I experienced how short staffed you were, now I experience how lazy your staff is.

We placed a catering order last week for pickup this morning. This was breakfast for a large meeting at one of our offices. We had a confirmed order and order number. When we arrived this morning to pick it up, we were told there wasn’t a caterer there today and that they didn’t have our order. That was after we received a confirmation email yesterday. The manager was not pleasant and we left with NOTHING! What terrible customer service!

Never enter their drive-through. It took us 40 minutes to get our order even though we preordered and entered the drive-through when our order was ready. Terrible service. Will never visit this location again.

Staffed by college kids, waited 10 minutes for food, told to get my ordered chocolate chip muffin up front. Wait 3 more minutes while another customer ordered to be told there are none. Got some form of cookie, one I did not select. Time of visit ~18:20 on 09.10.2024
