This location has the slowest drive thru, workers are slow, and it seems like they just have an awful work culture at this location.

A nice lady that I care about gave me a fifteen dollar gift card for christmas. I said , okay , I'll try them again , but they're a rip off. Well panera you never disappoint me. There is no one on planet earth who could make this salad tolerable with this quarter size dressing. 80 cents for an extra cup times however many people come through your stores every day.No wonder you're still in business.

I would not eat here. The staff has poor customer service especially in the drive thru. Don’t bother calling the store manager Candace. She will just hang up on you. If you order a soup to go, make sure they have spoons.

Waited 40 mins in line for food. Food was wrong. Went back to through the drive thru. Another 40 mins. Gave a cookie. Food is all cold. This is the worst Panera bread of all time.

Stopped going there because they kept forgetting items in my order, and it was terribly slow. Decided to give them another try today, and guess what? They forgot items in my order and it was ready for 15 minutes before they brought it out to the car.

Update: tried this location again after a couple of years and guess what…yep, they messed up my order again. They forgot items, and even checked them off the receipt as being included. You simply can’t grab your bag and go. Make them wait while you double check.

We teach at a local school and placed a delivery order. They left an item out of the order and Charles the manager tried to blame the DoorDash driver even though his employees checked it off the receipt taped to the bag. Charles the manager was less than helpful. He did the bare minimum and offered to refund the $7.99 for the you pick two and and gave a half-hearted apology. So now my colleague has no lunch, and Panera won’t have our business any more. Understand that we are practically across the street and as teachers we can’t leave during the day to get a new sandwich. A good customer service move would have been to have someone deliver it. PS The soup was terrible, too.

I ordered a you choose two with a Pepsi. Total came out to $18.37. Pretty ridiculous… I checked the salad dressing container, and it was not filled even 1/5 of the way. I walked back in and asked for more dressing and the man behind the counter got one and slid it across the table pretty fast. Almost falling off. Pretty horrible service. Food was mediocre. Way too expensive.
