I placed a large rapid pick up order the day before I needed it. When I went to pick up I didn't see my order. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes before a guy at the pick up window acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I told him what I was picking up and my company name as well as my name. He couldn't find it. Asked if I ordered it from catering. I told him no and I had the email saying it was ready and was trying to show him the email. Finally he found it and boldly reminded me that in the future it was under my name.. although my order confirmation and receipt has both names listed. I should have went to another place to get food for a client presentation!

Incredibly rude service from the woman up front on Tuesday morning. I asked a simple question and was met with the nastiest, most sarcastic attitude. The food was fine. A little burnt and the eggs were cold but acceptable. I wouldn't leave a review at all but they give out those silly cards begging for reviews, so I obliged.
I dont often go to Panera, but my recent visit to this place will be my last. I bought over $30 of pastries and EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM WAS STALE! There is no way they were made the same morning. As much as I appreciated the friendly person who waited on me, I would advise people to save their money and go to a grocery store. I know I will.

Family had a late supper within walking distance from our hotel. We all grabbed some sandwiches and chips from the menu. I had a bacon tomato basil cheese thing. I must say that it was delicious. My granddaughter had ham and cheese and she said it was the best she's had . Very kid friendly staff.
