I sat there and waited for 20 minutes for my food before they came out to tell me they didn’t have any mac & cheese and asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes waited another 20 minutes because they had no manager there to give me a refund. When he finally did come, he didn’t give me a refund. He went back to look to see if they had mac & cheese which 40 minutes now would’ve been cool if they had it, but they didn’t and he still didn’t come back out to tell me that he gave a refund so it was about a total of 50 minutes that was waited For absolutely nothing. There was chaos with other customers and I just would recommend not eating there.

I go through this airport frequently. I don’t know why I continue to go here. Service is slow and they always forget something. The squash soup was like water last time.

20 minutes for plain, black coffee, which was like sludge. I watched as the two bafoons used 15 minutes to place a filter, open a packet of ground coffee and empty it into the filter. Another 2 minutes were used to push a button. All the while they chatter loudly amongst themselves, speaking their ghetto smack about the customers. These workers were simply being lazy, inconsiderate and racist.

The Panera Bread store in the E Concourse at CLT is horrendous! I waited 20 minutes for a half sandwich with only one customer in front of me. Totally unacceptable for an airport location! Kitchen personnel swept the floor, took out the garbage, and played with their phones while conducting food preparation. One phone ended up being dropped into the food preparation area and no cleanup was done afterward. Completely unsanitary! Walked away with a bill and no food! Never again.

Our cashier, Stephanie, this morning was extremely unfriendly and not helpful. She started helping another customer before we even finished paying for our orders (we were quick) and rolled her eyes when we asked for a cup of water. She failed to let me know that the yogurt parfait was premade and at the front of the line until 20 minutes of waiting and asking for the status of our order. She then advised me that “if I just looked I would see where it was”. There were no spoons available. When she received spoons she didn’t bother to pass me one. She has no business working with people. We waited 20 minutes for our order. My husband’s sandwich was cold. There was a gentleman working that was amazing and courteous.

Worst Panera bread in the world. I’ve been here multiple times flying through Charlotte airport before I gave up on it. They’re always not serving half the menu, and what they do serve (soup only, or salad only many times) takes like 30 minutes. Everyone trying to make their connections will pay and then have to leave without even getting food. Everyone who works their acts apathetic and does thing slowly and rudely. Panera should just not have a location in the airport instead having such an awfully run place.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a sandwich very toast and they prefer to get the sandwich back instead of have a nice customer service and do it the way the customer is asking plus the bad attitude of the black girl outside and the toll white guy inside, the ONLY angel was the old lady. She even apologized because of the attitude of the oder 2. I requested my money back and she didn't give me the money, and she even didn't did the refund on the computer. Bad bad bad people I can't imagine the sandwiches!!!!

It took 30mins to get my order because the kitchen staff was fighting. Then my order was completely wrong and I didn't have time to go back for the correct order because my terminal was too far.

Very awful experience on Christmas Day. They opened the belt that guards people from entering and when I entered and asked if they were open, they nastily said no and then laughed at me and stated multiple reasons why they were not open. I said sorry, I thought y’all were open…the lights were out but the place to enter was not blocked and the lights were out at most of the food places at CLT and they were operating. Overall, I commend them for working on Christmas Day but as a company, there is a level of customer service that has to be maintained in order to satisfy customers. With the amount of money spent on flying at CLT, I expected a better experience for the price.

Ordered an sandwich they're out of tomatoes. Took forever to get my meal. They also gave me chips instead of a baguette. Other people's orders were either missing items or they ran out of food (the salads in particular). Not a good experience overall. Whoever orders the food in the back needs to do a better job of keeping up with the demand. Being situated at the airport is not an excuse to run out of ingredients. Makes a good franchise look bad.

Workers nice, but needs better management and organization. 4 employees in front standing around waiting for food orders to come up. I counted 20 people waiting on food. The kiosks are great, but with many orders coming in, need more employees making food. People don’t have a lot of time to wait…it’s an airport!
