Was looking forward to eating here however, something that was really gross made me not ever step in there again. I was looking at the menu and right in front of me I saw a girl who worked there eating from the food that was going out to everyone. She had gloves on and when we made eye contact she started to smile. I immediately told the manager because this wasn’t unprofessional and disrespectful for anyone ever ordering here.

Ordered rapid pick up. The order was wrong - missing my son's apple juice and my coffee cup. Got attitude when I asked for the missing items. Went to get coffee, and ALL the coffee dispensers were empty. When I informed the cashier, got more attitude. But she started making coffee while ignoring other customers. I left without the coffee. Didn't need to ruin my day with someone's bad attitude. Went to get coffee somewhere else. I will 💯 avoid this panera bread.

The children whom work here had bears behind the counter playing with them, while a few employees ate ON the line. The little girl was playing with the white bear more, and decided to look over at two other employees and said it’s because he’s white. Disgusting

We had lunch at this Panera on April 26, 2025 my dad and I and we must say that it is always a guarantee for a quick and tasty lunch with its salads, sandwiches, hot and cold dishes. You order directly from a computer and pay by card, then when the dishes are ready you are called by name. Very good value for money and always fresh and good ingredients. Go there!

I hate that this Panera’s customer service is like scratching nails down chalk board . I placed an order for bagels for my job and it wasn’t ready on time , they were thrown into the bag , song didn’t match up , and they guy that was preparing them acted like he never talk to a paying customer before . If this wasn’t for a work event , I would’ve canceled the order. On top of the rude service received by bagel connoisseur (that’s sarcasm) the two women standing in the back had no purpose at all , they were too busy chatting and giggling to work,
Thank goodness for Mark , he was the ONLY competent employee here that apologized for the delay and got both of my orders prepped for me to take out the door in a timely manner . Thank you Mark for treating the customer with respect and good service , I hope your regional manager sees this and places in charge bc this Panera is doomed with the others .
