I have not eaten at the Panera Bread at the hospital. Frankly, I have only eaten at one of your restaurants maybe three times. Tonight I order soup and a salad something quick so I can get back to my mother’s hospital room. Sit and sit…. 30 minutes go by. Me trying to be nice just sits there. Finally I get up and ask where my food was because it was so simple. The person behind the counter walk me back to some pick up area…… how am I supposed to know that if I am not told!? Because of the incompetency, I missed my mother’s doctor that I had been waiting on all night!

I could taste a hint of Chlorine in the tea & energy drink. Usually the water is good with a clean taste. Might need a new filter.The cashier was a older lady, she was very kind and helpful as I wanted to order something different for me.

If I could give it a zero I would. Wrong order given to us, staff were not helpful. Spent $10 on breakfast that went in the trash. Was trying get something that was a step up from hospital food but it was not. Bagel was stale and wrong kind. Lack of help for people who are under stress is

Daughter was in the hospital for 10 days and I ate here several times. Food was always fresh and hot. There are however, several lazy employees ( I’m sure mgmt knows who they are) who would rather stand around on their phones then help customers. Tables were always dirty regardless of business. These few employees are dragging Panera’s reputation down.

This Panera has the absolute best customer service. I go in quite frequently and am always greeted with a smile and great service. It isn’t often that a mistake is made with my order, but when it is, they gladly fix it and they’re great about it. Their food is delicious and my favorite is their Chicken Greek Salad. I appreciate these friendly employees and will continue to frequent their restaurant.

WORST PANERA EVER!! Visited hospital to sit with a friend. Stopped in to order something to eat. First of all, the cashier dropped some cups on the floor behind the counter and put them back to use for customers. That's unsanitary, and just GROSS.? I ordered a flatbread and asked it be extra done. She asked the employees preparing food and they said sure. Left with my order and when I opened it, the flatbread damn near still looked frozen (see photo). If you do visit this place, check your order before leaving, and you probably want to bring your own damn cup. ?Vegetarian options: Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYBODY!!Parking: If you are visiting the hospital, they will validate your parking.

This location is in trouble. They have a high high volume of customers without sufficient staff. they require you to use the kiosks to order. They had no staff on the front line. The bread selection at lunchtime was almost totally empty. Two of the kiosks did not work. One was working, but was busy. They lost our order in the middle of prep preparing it, and if I hadn't spoke enough, we might not have eaten at all.What purpose?
