Literally the only place I’ve been where I get lectured for not using the fast lane kiosk. Said they’re too busy to help people at the register. I’m the only one in line. Sadly I go here because I like non crowded places to do work and the service is like this all the time.

Staff was friendly, place is a little dirty but this steak & cheddar sandwich has got to be the worst sandwich deal in the city. The amount of meat they put on my sandwich makes a Subway sandwich look meaty. Couldn't have been more than 1 ounce of steak, it was tasty but it's all bread!I got the 'you pick 2' with a caeser salad and a drink came up to $18!!!Absolutely terrible value for the $$$!

It is sad the management of this location is horrible. They never have a stocked bakery, service is slow, place is not cleaned well ect. Normally I don't have negative reviews but unfortunately this location earns it.

Avoid this place at all costs!! I recently just went to this Panera Bread Monday February 12 & couldn’t believe what happened to me after going. I had an allergic reaction which caused my throat to close up & I broke out into hives & had to go the ER because of this. I have NO FOOD ALLERGIES WHATSOEVER, so it makes me wonder what are they doing to the food back there???? I ordered a ham & Gouda melt & a tomota soup, not even 5 minutes into eating I started to feel the allergic reaction. Not only did this happen but this location is also dirty tables weren’t clean & they threw the bread for the soups in the bag not wrapping it up or anything. You can tell they don’t care for cleanliness OR good service here at this Panera. You are better off going anywhere else but here.
The place was absolutely disgusting. As you walk to grab your drink there is a strong smell of pee. We had to clean our own table as every table was dirty even though there were 5 employees behind the counter standing around talking and on their phones. When we got our food it was not only gross but it looked nothing close to what it is supposed to look like. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
