I don't often go to this location... seems short staffed more often... but the food is always excellent and the service has always been good when I have gone here... I have enjoyed going to Panera as a whole for probably 25 + years if not more.. far back to their early days... always consistent... and can't get enough of the orange scones! 🥰

The lady, (I believe her name was Simbia) on the register was so kind to us. We were celebrating a medical victory for a family member and stopped there to eat something before she went to her house. Usual food and always pretty good. They got our order a little mixed up at first, but it got straightened out. We had salads, sandwiches, soup and dessert of course!!
Parking: They did a very steady take out business!

Went in to get dinner and literally no one was around. No one at the counter, no noise coming from the back - nothing. I yelled “hello” and no one answered nor did they come to the front. It seemed like they closed early and forgot to lock up and shut the restaurant down. It also smelled so bad to the point I asked my bf if it normally smells like that because I have been to Panera less than 5 times (for a reason). Overall 0/10 place, it stinks, no workers are around.

You must try soup in Sourdough bread ,it’s something unique,believe me ! Extra friendly staff
Yuck. Place was filthy. No clean tables, the drink machine area had a bad odor, floors were sticky, and the ladies restroom was disgusting. Food was overpriced and not good. Chicken and rice soup appeared to be a mix of several soups with 1 chunk of skin on chicken thrown in.

Placed a delivery order at 5:15 pm. Order # 6051715770177866 - Jeanne Russell. When it arrived, Mexican Street Corn Chowder soup was missing but marked on the ticket as a part of the order, french onion soup had no cheese and was ice cold. I called the store from 6pm until 8:30 pm and NO ONE ANSWERED! Terrible customer service. I even called another Panera store (which answered promptly) to find a regional manager to contact. No idea from them. This is the fourth time in a row where items were left off the order. Need a refund and a new place to go for delivery food.
