Yeah, my daughter ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese wasn't melted, I went up to buy her another and not only were they dismissive but the girl went back to the kitchen and was making fun of my daughter and I. When they made the new sandwich ( that I paid for again) I went to finish the Chicken Caesar and had a hair in it..so needless to say i didn't even say anything. As I was leaving I talked to another employee that saved this review from being a one star, he completely redeemed the place and I have changed my rating

The restaurant was very cold. Our soup was cold. We asked to get bowl heated up and they did but it was still cold, could not eat. We did get our money back. Lots of people standing around in kitchen doing nothing. Tables not cleaned off. Floors not swept. It’s sad that staff are not trained to value their jobs and be the best that they can be on their jobs.
We had the best experience here. Panera bread is always good and this one didn’t disappoint. It was comfortable for us to dine in and no pressure. Thank you ❤️Vegetarian options: Not exactly vegetarian per say but there are vegetarian options such as Mac and cheese, tomato soup, grilled cheese.Kid-friendliness: Wasn’t crowded.

This is my last time coming to this Panera. I am an Unlimited Sips Club member so I'm in and out of a lot of Paneras. This one is the nearest to my barber and church. After church, they are usually out of creamer, which isn't always a problem because they are also frequently out of coffee. I've been here several times, including today, when the soda machine didn't work and 50% of time time the floor around the lemonade/tea and soda machine has standing water on it with no wet floor sign or is VERY sticky. The staff today wasn't even at the counter so i just ordered my drink at the kiosk, and grabbed a cup from behind the counter. Today was the 2nd or 3rd time that I've beeen here and the wifi has been down so I'm hotspotting my phone. For reference, I've been coming to this location for about 14 months. I'll find somewhere else to meet clients for coffee, knock out emails, and grab brunch after church from now on.

I recommend not ordering a flatbread, or, in the very least, not order one to-go. The one I received was undercooked and slimey. The box was packed underneath other items and smushed everything. Pizza was doughy and bland.

Terribly dirty restaurant. None of the tables are clean, the surrounding areas are filled with trash and there are even seats that are ripped. The bathroom are also dirty with towels everywhere and toilets that do not flush. With this being said, I can’t imagine how the kitchen is being kept either.Vegetarian options: Decent vegan options.

This Panera sucks. I don’t know why I keep returning! Maybe I will learn this time.This time I just stopped in for a cup of coffee. I paid but every single non-decaf jug was completely empty.They suck at food too. So slow and forget stuff. Why won’t someone else take over management of this place?? Ugh. Close the doors and let another business come in here.

A group of us ordered carryout totaling about $100. No silveware or napkins were provided, in the bags, food quite scarce and my mediterranian bowl that I order WITH extra avocados for $1.50 looked like this along with barely any chicken in a very clever very shallow bowl. I will not order from Panera again. Quality has gone way down hill

I’m gonna be honest- I rarely get Panera, but when I’m in a bad mood or upset it is my comfort food. This location usually sees me in a bad mood picking up my food… I just walk in & walk out. Twice now a gentleman has been really kind to me & it really helped elevate my mood. He takes the moment to say have a good day & help me out when I’m a bit lost. I wish I knew his name, but he’s a younger guy and really tall. Shout out to him specifically for being nice to someone who probably looks upset & intimidating. The food is always prepared well with the correct portions, fresh taste, ready to go when I get the notification. Glad to have this place so close to me. Clean location as well.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered. My husband and I are Sip Club members and have been for over a year. We visit this location every morning. The staff and other patrons know us. However, this morning my husband and I were yelled at by a male staff member because he didn’t hear me say “good morning” when we asked for our coffee cups (because they hide the cups behind the counter). He then decided to tell the whole restaurant that my husband and I were stealing the coffee, even though he just watched us order our coffee through the self-service kiosks and we showed him our email confirmations of our coffee orders.This is not the first time this man or other employees have been rude to us or other customers. The coffee is almost always out of stock and pastries are stale. This location needs a lot of help.

This is a very inconsistent location. I will discontinue patronizing them AGAIN.I placed an order online for the Pick Two. PB was out of my favorite sandwich so I then chose the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich. I received a sandwich with about 3 really tiny pieces of chicken on it. It was mostly without chicken. Online they showed availability of my favorite soup, but when I arrived, they were out of the soup and also out of the Baguette. I then selected the chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth. I would certainly not have gone there knowing they didn’t have anything I really wanted and to receive such a poor meal to top it off. What a waste AGAIN.

This place is TRASH and I’m shocked they’re still in business. I had a terrible experience here a few weeks ago and was given a $15 credit to make up for it.I gave it another shot for breakfast and showed up at 830am. Every SINGLE table was disgusting and not cleaned off, the one table with a power outlet has a totally loose power receptacle, and on top of that, NO ONE KNEW THEIR WIFI PASSWORD!Food was mediocre, coffee was gross. And the bathrooms smelled so awful you can smell them as you walk into the store.I’m officially never going to Panera ever again in my life.
