My wife and I got coffee from here for the first time today. We were helped by Erika. She was absolutely amazing. If Erika is not the manager, she should be. She gave us 5 star service. Thank you Panera Bread for hiring Erika as she is truly a winner. Thank you again Erika.

When I went to Panera in a busy mall foodcourt at noon, I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised! Service was quick and very friendly. My salad was fresh and beautifully plated. The mac and cheese for the kids was piping hot and creamy. My very choosy little ones gobbled it and sent me back to buy more. Customer service was better than what I usually experience in a stand alone location. Highly recommended!

Super super slow. 20 mins to get food. Parking is a mess. I'd pass on this location

They were out of the chicken salad, so they let me choose another sandwich and a treat. Alisha was extremely helpful and kind. A+!!

Every time Ive placed a pick up order my food was always ready on time and still warm. The food quality is always really good and the team there is super friendly. The manager (at least I think he is) gives amazing customer service and always has a smile on. I 100% recommend this location!!

Nobody was there to take orders. Some of the fountain drinks didn’t have syrup and the place was not well kept. Food is mediocre at best and not worth the price.

Very fast service, my order was completed quickly. Highly recommend the Chicken Wild Rice soup, I think it should be more hyped. However, my soup was EXTREMELY hot and took a while to cool down. My sandwich, the Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt was amazing as always. Can never go wrong with Panera!

Get the bugs out! I went here to get food for my daughter. They had a big sign to use the self service computer. So I set up an account and ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Then waited until the text came to pickup. But it was not there. Once I got someone's attention I was told they didn't have the soup. Changed the soup, but then opened the grilled cheese and they used a hard roll instead of bread. Back to the counter and was told they are out of bread. The bread was too hard for my daughter to eat. We had to give her food from someplace else.Other things on the menu had been grayed out but everything we ordered showed as available. The system also could have notified me since they made me signup to receive texts. This is not the fault of the workers, but I will not go back until they get the bugs worked out of this system or hire someone to take the orders.

I went here today at the mall and it took 30 minutes to get the food. When I got the food the lady spit in my face. I smelt something when I got my smoothie but I didn’t think anything of it. When I started drinking more it slurped up something that’s not supposed to be in my smoothie. I opened my mouth and found a dread in my smoothie that i almost just swallowed. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a large they gave me a small. I asked for the correct size and the woman filled a large cup with ice and still gave me the small.Problem is I didn’t even want any ice.Rude as hell.
