Get the bugs out! I went here to get food for my daughter. They had a big sign to use the self service computer. So I set up an account and ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Then waited until the text came to pickup. But it was not there. Once I got someone's attention I was told they didn't have the soup. Changed the soup, but then opened the grilled cheese and they used a hard roll instead of bread. Back to the counter and was told they are out of bread. The bread was too hard for my daughter to eat. We had to give her food from someplace else.Other things on the menu had been grayed out but everything we ordered showed as available. The system also could have notified me since they made me signup to receive texts. This is not the fault of the workers, but I will not go back until they get the bugs worked out of this system or hire someone to take the orders.

I went here today at the mall and it took 30 minutes to get the food. When I got the food the lady spit in my face. I smelt something when I got my smoothie but I didn’t think anything of it. When I started drinking more it slurped up something that’s not supposed to be in my smoothie. I opened my mouth and found a dread in my smoothie that i almost just swallowed. Extremely unprofessional.

I ordered a large they gave me a small. I asked for the correct size and the woman filled a large cup with ice and still gave me the small.Problem is I didn’t even want any ice.Rude as hell.

Consistent on food taste and quality as I’ve come to enjoy, but they appeared to be short staffed.The people that were working were working hard, and I can’t complain about that.Vegetarian options: A variety of different vegetarian options are available including many different types of salads.Kid-friendliness: Their Mac and cheese is always a kid favorite.

There is one man and one lady in there. They are very rude very slow, telling people they do not have bread or anything, and not making an exception to make something happen. They do not care about their job or the location this message. Hopefully we’ll go to the higher in management. Thank you. There is red stuff in the macaroni and cheese, which I do not know what it is and they did not want to replace it. This will go to court.

Went in for lunch. They hardly have any workers. The workers they have are stressed and can't handle the lunch rush. Took 25 minutes to get lunch order. Tables were dirty and dirty dishes piled high. Tried the new sandwich which was mostly bread We don't plan another visit to this location at lunch

I understand that they were probably busy or short-staffed, but I walked up to the counter to redeem my sip club offer. No one was at the front for me to talk to… i went to the side where i could see the manager (wearing a pink button up shirt) and asked if i could have a lemonade and let her know i have the sip club. She asked if i knew how to take a number and input it in on the computer. I was going to do that anyway… i just wanted her to acknowledge that i was there and that she’d be right with me. Panera… if people just want a drink, there should be someone that can let you know that they will. I just wanted to make sure mine was with no ice. There should have been someone at the front of the computers.
