I like Panera for the most part... I have been going to them since they opened their doors years ago... 20+ consistently good food.. some locations cleaner than others... the districts mgrs need to tighten that up... but it's also people not carrying about their job too...

Hello guys, first off the bagels are good here. The cream cheese tastes very bland. Get butter not the cream cheese. The coffee from the large dispenser smelt off if that’s even possible. The coffee didn’t even smell like coffee. I drink my coffee black so you cannot hide the basic coffee taste and smell. Possible the tanks have not been cleaned in a while. They just gave me a refund and moved on like it’s just business. Just saying.

I feel like quality of food is going down every time I’m coming back for lunch. Today they serve me the worst Frontega chicken sandwich ever with some ingredients definitely missing, and the bottom of sandwich was soaking wet like a sponge.

I recently visited this Panera location and ordered the broccoli cheese soup. Unfortunately my experience was far from pleasant. The soup had a strange smell, reminiscent of baby formula, which should have been a red flag. Despite my initial hesitation, I ate some anyway and regretted it soon after. The aftertaste was overpowering, and I ended up with awful baby formula burps. To make matters worse, I felt so nauseous that I actually ended up throwing up shortly afterwards. This was a highly disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses this issue promptly.
