I'm officially done with Panera. This is outrageous. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich which cost nearly $7 and they literally gave me a tiny quarter....not half....but a quarter of a sandwich.
This is laughable. Now it was tasty, hence the 2nd star, but I can't give them my money for this anymore.
I really think they were laughing as they made it 😂.

I used to love this location. The employees now are not the friendly and familiar faces I became used to. Also, nothing “rapid” about the rapid pick up at this location. They don’t put your order on the pickup shelves and there is no designated person to give you your order, despite the sign they hung up that would make you think standing underneath it means you’ll receive assistance. Pick up orders stay behind the register and they only have one person up there that’s also taking orders and can’t be in two place at once. Don’t know why they’d try to put all of that on one person and still offer rapid pick up services.

Just like any Panera but we like the quality across the locations. Everyday good food and their lemonade is the best. Here in Charlotte still was able to get a Pick meal for $15 usd

I was excited when Panera brought back the Baked Potato soup. However it is absolutely disgusting. So disappointed.

My granddaughter chose Panera bread and I don't know why. But she loves the Mac and cheese
Service was horrible. The person that took our order didn't inform us to goto the window to pickup coffee. As we just stood there. My first time back at Panera in over 6 years. Probably will be my last.

Ordered via the kiosk, had to pick up my food, and expected to clean my table, but they still want you to tip. Unable to get cups (to fill my own drink) until the order was ready. So we sat empty handed to wait.
Noticed that the light over our table had no bulb, but a stick on LED that didn't work.
My pick 2 included a hot Mexican corn soup with plenty of potatoes and corn, but zero seasoning. The Greek salad has nice crispy lettuce and a good amount of feta, but only 2 sad little olives. And 3 thin, depressing strips of chicken.
So the food was ok, but certainly not worth $16 (including drink)

I love panera soup they have the best broccoli cheese soup ever my friend likes their mediterranean sandwich and their soup so it's different my my friend likes to Eat in the back but I would prefer to eat where the windows are so that I can look out but I think a little bit of update

I got the ciabatta cheesesteak n balsamic & grains salad. I really love the half sandwich, half salad or soup idea. It's tasted really good n I want ice full. It was just enough.

I was disappointed when I purchased a whole salad but it was more like a half salad in a whole salad bowl. Also, there dressing ramekins were placed on the salad inside the bowl. Is it me or does that come off unsanitary? They forgot the hummus that was supposed to come in the salad but we're able to provide a small cup of hummus. My complaint is really the little amount that is placed in a whole salad bowl. I got a salad and a cookie for $20, the least you can do is fill the salad bowl.
