HORRIBLE! The guy that I assume is the manager has a horrible attitude! It took over 20 minutes to get an egg and cheese sandwich! I asked for a cup I just wanted water for the wait and he wouldn’t even give me that as if they ain’t already taking forever with my food! He was getting so annoyed and cursing very unprofessional! He’s a heavy set caucasian man NASTY ATTITUDE!

As with many things, Panera bagels have changed. Gone are the days of big, luscious, fabulous tasting bagels. They were special. Now they are small and dull. Today we got two of our favorites, cinnamon crunch and everything bagels. How disappointing. There was no block of cinnamon on the cinnamon crunch, and barely any crunch to speak of. Couldn’t really taste the cinnamon. The taste was bland. The consistency inside the bagel has also changed. The shape was different, it was like a dome shape. Totally different bagel. And pathetically small. Both bagels looked so ordinary. Definitely not the Panera bagels we have been loving and enjoying for years. Note to corporate: Bring the original bagels back!

This location is never busy due to they NEVER have anything. You can go at 7:30 am or right before they close and they will ALWAYS be aout of products. The last 3 times I have been there they haven't had plain bagels. I had to ask them if they stopped carrying them and was advised at 7:30am they had already been bought that day. Stop lying there is no way. Everytime I go there people walk out without purchasing anything because they don'thave it anyways and this location bakes their products and still don't have any products. So if you don't want to wait in line this is the location to go to but just be ready to not get what you want or anything for that fact.

Always a Panera fan, this is good. No drive through but rapid pick up inside is good.
Staff are very polite and friendly. However, management and their behavior are disappointing! I would never go back there until the management learn from their employees some code of conduct!!

I recently visited the Panera Bread on S Tryon St in Charlotte with my family. While the food and service were generally okay, I was deeply disappointed to witness how a young employee was treated by his manager, Travis, in front of customers and family. The manager's harsh and unprofessional tone was uncalled for and showed a lack of respect for his staff. It’s clear that this young employee is hardworking and trying his best, and he deserves to be treated with dignity and support, not publicly reprimanded. As a senior manager of a large corporation, and appalled by the manager's misbehavior, I spoke with other staff while having my meal and heard from other employees that similar conduct has occurred before, but it seems nothing has changed, likely due to close ties between management. Several staff members have already left, and others are considering leaving as well. I strongly urge the management team to reflect on their treatment of employees and foster a more respectful and positive work environment for everyone.
