The staff are so rude and it took like 30 mins to get one sandwich. If you ask any questions about your order, they snapped at you

Don't order unless you have 20 minutes to wait. And that's being first in line. No seating available either. Literally the slowest service I have ever encountered. Staff was friendly.

This place shouldn’t even be allowed to operate on airport property. Two hours before closing, they’re cleaning the place up and telling people they aren’t making anymore hot sandwiches. I order a salad and cup of chili thinking that should be easy enough. Nope, 20 mins later, no one in line had gotten their food, and they tell me they don’t have any chili left. I ended up asking for a refund and left.

While traveling, we stopped in Charlotte for breakfast in between flights. With a little figuring out of where to enter the restaurant, we were able to place our order with a very nice employee and have our food within eight minutes. The coffee was scrumptious and the food was delicious.

I ordered and have a work pay card so it's a cardholder. I waited so long to get the wrong sandwich and they wanted to give me attitude and said, I ordered a chobatta. When I ordered a croissant and this is after I seen them. Give the wrong order to someone who went all the way down to their gate. And then came all the way back cause they gave her a sandwich instead of her avocado toast

Unbelievably slow service. You would think they could do their jobs and provide food within 45 minutes of ordering. Almost had to leave my food because of how slow they are. Meanwhile the whole staff is gabbing along like they don’t have a job to do. Also made their own personal food before getting to the several orders on the board. Avoid at all cost unless you want to spend 45 minutes waiting for a subpar sandwich for $25

Horrible experience. Ordered my food an hour and change before scheduled boarding and found myself trying to scarf it down as I got it minutes into the boarding process and even when I got it things were missing and wrong. Choose another spot.

I write this sitting here 32 minutes after ordering. We’re at an airport. People can’t afford to miss a flight while waiting for a sandwich. They really need to work on staffing up! Don’t blame the folks who are here working, but upper management or corporate.
