You can’t really say there’s an atmosphere because everyone has to go through the drive-through. It does have a dining room room, but the dining room room is never open! So if you pull up to this, Panera understand you have to go through the drive-through don’t even get out of your car!

This location is too busy for the dining room not to be open. Ordering online and having to wait in the drive-thru line defeats the purpose. Have team members bring meals out to people that preordered. Chick-fil-a gets it!

I ordered takeout online. 2 meals for $42. At pick up the receipt said”out”. Panera bread was out of bread! So they gave me chips with our soups and salads. Got to my hotel- no spoons, no forks, no napkins. This is an awful store. The SW Chix ranch salad had no corn and no tortilla strips. They fell down on every basic service

Love the fresh food. The tables needed to be cleaned off and the dirty plates were stacking up. Kitchen staff was loud talking with each other and made it difficult to hear my own conversation but when a customer came up to the counter, they were very polite and helpful.
My food seemed freshly prepared; I enjoyed it! My only gripe is that I ordered a "You Pick Two" including a salad. They hardly gave me any dressing. I got my order via drive-thru pick-up, so didn't notice until I was already home.

This is the worst panera I’ve ever been to. I love Panera but this location just sucks. Last time I went ingredients were not fresh at all and I reported that there was a rotten black piece of avocado in my sandwich and it was missing toppings. Manager reached out to me to make things right and look at this sorry looking sandwich. What a waste of a drive. This was supposed to be a garden caprese!

They only have drive-through ordering, which takes an extremely long time coz they are understaffed. They got my order my wrong, meaning I had to drive back, line up again for 20 minutes to get it corrected. Don't eat here for your peace of mind, it's just not worth the hassle

I’ve never been a big fan of Panera Bread, but their customer service has converted me into a true fan.
My boyfriend’s brothers wedding was scheduled during day after Hurricane Helene hit North Carolina. Because of the widespread devastation, the venue and catering canceled the morning of the wedding. The family quickly pivoted and called Panera Bread. The original store we contacted could not help us, but they directed us to this location.
The employees at this Panera Bread were fantastic. Not only did they drop everything and make 75+ sandwiches for a catering event happening that same day, but their customer service was incredible. They helped us load all the sandwiches, chips, plates and fixings into a jam packed vehicle. On top of that, the food was pretty good. For some of us, this was the only real meal we got to eat that day due to the ongoing power outages and lack of food in general.
It wasn’t my wedding so I don’t want to speak on behalf of the bride and the groom, but I truly believe that Panera Bread saved their wedding day. We are truly in debt to them, and I will be a loyal customer for life.
