I ordered a rum Cake with frosting top for my birthday. My review on it is that it was very tasty; the frosting had a beautiful balance texture and was not sugary. The icing went well with the rum cake! The texture of the cake was just right, moist, fruity, and the right amount of rum added to give the correct flavor. The price of the cake is an average $$. The cake is worth a try!

I ordered a Christmas cake from Pansie and was absolutely delighted when my cake arrived. Yes, when my cake arrived - you read it correctly. I ordered the cake to be posted - to central Florida! The best part of this entire experience is that Pansie also posted the icing, and when I iced my cake and ate it the following day I couldn't believe it. I didn't want it to finish. The rich dark fruit cake tastes great and was totally complemented by the icing to a tee! This is the best icing I have ever tasted - sweet, soft and so well flavoured! I ordered another cake since, and iced that one too, and put half of it in the freezer. REALLY looking forward to defrosting it soon!
