Sad to say going to have to avoid this location. Crew was unorganized, lazy and unprofessional. Tried the new Grand Papa pizza and it was trash to say the least or at least that is the experience they gave me. The order was made wrong and they complained about re-making it. Even after the re-make the pizza was cold, cut into 16 slices for some reason and not enough toppings. Would love to have a refund for this poor order and experience by Papa John’s. Pizza was stale and bland and not worth the money even with a discounted price. Looks like Dominos Pizza remains king as usual.

I placed an order on October 4th for my child’s 1st birthday party, scheduled to be delivered on October 18th at 2:30 PM. As 2:45 approached and the pizza still hadn’t arrived, I tried tracking the order but couldn’t, so I called the store.
I spoke with a “manager” named Royce, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He told me my order was scheduled for 3:30 PM, even though my confirmation email clearly shows 2:30 PM. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, as if I wasn’t a paying customer, & as if it were my fault that the pizza was never made or delivered, instead of taking accountability or offering a solution.
I simply wanted the situation fixed so that my daughter and her guests could enjoy pizza after swimming. This was supposed to be a joyful day, but unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression and was not what I expected for my daughter’s first birthday.
Please find better management that actually enjoys their jobs and values customer service. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with nasty attitudes just because someone else is unhappy with their job.

Is Papa John's is usually spot on with following directions for orders and the food is usually really good. Tonight, the food is untenable, no directions were followed, the food is soggy and covered in sauce. So much for light sauce. The chicken parmesan bites are so grease laden that they're unedible

Ordered 4 pizzas an hour and a half in advance for a preset delivery time. 30 minutes after that time the food was still being “prepared “ and they were waiting on a door dash driver. Don’t order from this location unless you don’t plan to get you food when you order it

Placed an order for delivery at about 6:30 on Saturday. We are from out of town and we’re staying at a hotel exactly 1 mile away from their location. The order was estimated to be delivered by 7:10-7:30. At about 7, we get a text from our delivery driver claiming he cannot find our location. The delivery driver was a DoorDash driver. We had not ordered through DoorDash, so we were a little confused. We called Papa John’s and were told by the manager that “they did not deliver to our location” which also confused us, considering they’re only a mile down the road. While we put the correct address for the hotel in, it was showing on DoorDash as a completely different address. The manager on the phone was a little snappy, but they had told us that we could either have the order redelivered or refunded. When I asked to have it redelivered I was then told it could only be refunded and that (yet again) “they did not deliver here.” We were then told that we needed to make sure we put the correct address in for the DoorDash driver to make sure they bring it to the right place. We did (for a second time). And again, the order showed it was delivering to a different address. We called again. This time, much snappier, the manager told us that “like she told us last time” that they “did not deliver here” so they passed it on to DoorDash. I’m not sure what the issue is with delivering a pizza within a 1 mile radius but I guess if you’re staying at the Hampton Inn, then you’re not getting your pizza.
Not a great experience. My order took 2 hours to get to me way longer than expected and no one really updated me on the status of my order via text or email. I had to call just to figure out what was going on, and even then I didn’t get a straight answer. By the time the food showed up, it wasn’t even hot anymore. Just super frustrating overall, definitely not ordering from here again.

Ordered an order of cheesesticks with the original pizza sauce. Order arrived on time by grubhub but there was no sauce with it and the cheese is only on about half the crust. Terrible food. Here for a conference and the awful conference food is so much better than this was.

I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas and they came with the wrong ingredients and no stuffed crusts. The label on the boxes were corrxt, but the puzzas themselves were not. I was told I would be refunded when i called.
When I reordered 15 minutes later, I again received 2 pizzas with the wrong ingredients and wrong crust. This again is even though the labels on the boxes what the correct ingredients.

Order stuffed crust pizza and garlic knots. The garlic knots were basically just bread, no garlic flavor at all but hey at least the bread was soft. The pizza was garbage too, if I couldn't see red under the cheese I'd have thought they forgot sauce entirely. It was glorified cheese bread and that's an insult to cheesy bread. Do yourself a favor and get pizza literally anywhere else. 1 star is too many
