I had ordered here near New Years I believe and when the order didn't arrive at the time it was suppose to, they gave us a free 50% off our next order. Pizza wasn't as hot as usual but this place is okay.

First time at this Papa John's location and it will be my last. The crust of the pizza was hard. Tasted like the dough was not given enough time to rise properly. Pizza slices cut uneven with some slices being extremely large and the others being really small.Customer service could be better as well.

Ordered pizza which came very quickly but quality is unacceptable! Paper thin. Over cooked. I have never order from this location but had to since Statesville Rd in Huntersville location is now closed. NEVER AGAIN! YUK! Now I have nasty pizza and wasted money. Thanks! Please reopen the Statesville Rd location. NEVER had an issue at that location.

I was nervous coming here with the low stars it had on the reviews but I decided to give them a chance and they did very well. Fast service, good quality and friendly people. The person who took my order was super nice, I don’t know her name but she had some piercings.

The children that run this place are so hooked on their phones, it's sad. A boy that could only be 16-17 years old that handed me my order, went IMMEDIATELY to his phone after I'd said 'Thank you'. He DESPERATELY needed his phone instead of saying 'You're Welcome'.He literally didn't know how to be a customer service person. His life will be full of disappointments.

STAFF YOUR STORE.There is NO reason I should walk in at 6PM and see one single kid both making the pizzas and working the register. There's eight customers in the store waiting for food at prime time, yet nothing is coming out of the kitchen in a timely fashion because the owner wants to save a few bucks on staffing.STAFF YOUR STORE.
Burnt my cheese sticks and pizza and would not give me a refund. Originally I thought it was just my cheese sticks.... When I got home it was also the entire bottom. They would not redo my order . Now I realize why this place only has 2 stars. I wish them luck!!!

The fact I live 5 minutes away from location & they delivered this to me stating they are garlic knots when clearly they are either burnt or pretzel bites. Called the store & manager said he would take care of it which was nice but the principle is why would the packer even pack these…… just disrespectful to my money!
