Papa Johns Pizza

I placed a late-night pickup order, and although the app indicated it was ready, we took our time getting there only to find out it wasn’t even close to being prepared. We added a few items to our order and were shocked to see the cashier go from handling the register to prepping pizzas without washing their hands. It was absolutely disgusting, and I wish I could unsee it.

Absolutely ridiculous.If you didn't want to come to work then just don't come to work. With the insane rap music blaring no one should have to repeat multiple times what the name is on the order. You can't even hear us because of music is sooo freakin loud. Papa John's has a great product not knockingthe pizza.This store location is clouding customer experience with lack of customer service and complete unprofessionalism. When a customer walks in, they are paying for the company product you should at least acknowledge that they're in the freaking room especially when the front entrance is only 5 foot wide. It's not like you can't see us.... Since you're getting paid to be there it's not that hard to say hello. Definitely a teacheable moment.

The pizza I got today tasted like it was a day old. And like usual, the slices were barely cutt. I go to this location because of the convenience. But im starting to think about driving further for better customer service.

If I could give 1,000 stars I would everytime I get my food delivered my food is fresh and hot they never disappoint pizza always a 10/10 Highly Recommend .

Great customer service! Ordered a few pizzas for clients, called multiple times, and misplaced my receipt, and Monica was very helpful with it all!! Definitely will be going back for more pizzas!!

I usually don’t have any problems when I order here however yesterday my pizza had clearly been given away & the cashier with the bad hair do up front didn’t care. Couldn’t even take accountability and make a new one. I just left but I want a refund
