I usually don’t have any problems when I order here however yesterday my pizza had clearly been given away & the cashier with the bad hair do up front didn’t care. Couldn’t even take accountability and make a new one. I just left but I want a refund

The customer service was amazing. The staff were mostly young workers. Everyone got along well and I love the fact it seems like a team of workers. A smile greeted my family at the door. The pizza was delicious. We will come back to this location.

I ordered a pizza they made the pizza completely wrong ....I called they said they will fox it and send it back out ....the delivery person set my pizza on the grown outside of my apartment yes I said apartment and knocked on my door by the time I got to the door I seen the break lights I'm so disgusted.I will never order from them again that's literally the only pizza I eat but I will never order from them again

Placed an order thru papa johns it got here the lady didn’t speak English and didn’t have change so she got an attitude because she couldn’t understand I wasn’t giving her a $20 for a $9 order because I use papa John rewards for the other half of my order I called the store and was put on hold the manager never came to the phone called back and didn’t get an answer after waiting 28 minutes on a pizza couldn’t enjoy it and I lost $10 in papa rewards that I use to pay for half of the order just when I thought this papa johns had got better I guess not!!

Called in at 10:10am to place an order of 5 pizzas for carry out, was told the pizzas would be ready for pick up at 11:15-11:20. Over an hour to make pizzas for carry out!
