They were very helpful! I ordered online for delivery but for some reason it was processed as pick up and I was at work so no way for pick up! I called the store and Josh was able to switch it to delivery and my family got the pizza in 30 minutes! That was fantastic. Thanks Josh ??

Do not order from this location! Recently placed an order directly through the Papa John website. When I received my food I noticed that I received the incorrect dessert item so I attempted to contact the store to notify them that they had given me the wrong thing. I contacted this location no less than 7 times via phone and NO one answered. Each call lasted a little over 6 minutes. I called the contact center for Papa John by going through the store's phone prompt for placing a new delivery and was finally able to get through to someone. However, the representative who spoke with me blatantly disconnected our call and a second representative (after calling again) simply rerouted me back to the store's direct line (after I had already told her I contacted them 7x's to no avail) where I was yet again disconnected.If you want to possibly deal with a lack of customer service, pizza that's barely cut correctly, incorrect items being delivered to you and not having a way to receive a refund or redelivery then this is the location for you. Super frustrating to deal with the lack of service at this location after spending so much money on their food, definitely go elsewhere and get better service

But they are the closest pizza spot that delivers so it’s like I’m forced to order from here, but they are horrible at communications, and they never answer the store phone. The updates are inaccurate and I’m just tired of dealing with the unprofessional services of this location.
