Pizza and bread sticks were great but skip the boneless "wings". They are cheap breaded chicken nuggets (with a lot of filler) like you would buy in the freezer section of the grocery store slathered with a little wing sauce.

It was advertised as New York style, so I ordered 1 pineapple topping for $10.90, but the pizza was undercooked and there were too few toppings for the price.

Because Papa John’s doesn’t let you change the location that delivers to you (even though we’re in range of multiple) we’ve been plagued with this location’s inability to get an order right for over 12 years. Every time they mess it up I tell myself “never again” and then a few months later I want pizza again, and unfortunately, they never fail to screw it up.
I’ve had entire orders go missing (where the manager has to remake the entire thing and send it out), parts of the order not arrive, part of SOMEONE ELSE’S order show up with part of ours missing, they’ve almost always forgotten the extra sauce we order, and you can forget about the two liter you ordered showing up. They even asked me if I’d want to come get the two liter after I called complaining.
I genuinely wish this was an over exaggeration, but it isn’t, I’ve easily had more orders messed up over 12 years than were correct.
I keep hoping it gets better, but it never does. Papa Johns needs to shut this location down, or at least put a manager who can handle this nonsense better in place.

Wanted to try to NY cuppy pepperoni pizza. Please do yourselves a favor and don't make the same mistake I did - order from anywhere else or get a frozen one from next door.
The pizza was barely cooked through, all of the toppings shifted towards one half other pizza, and the "extra pepperoni" I paid extra for meant we got 2 or 3 extras.
Save your money and support literally any other business.

Located in a clean well lit area. I originally wanted a restaurant that was in the same shopping center but quickly decided against it when I noticed that the parking lot was full. I hadn't had pizza and probably about a year and I decided why not. It just goes to show what all I've missed because now they offer pizza bowls! I've had pizza bowls before and they were never really that satisfying because it was mostly sauce. Papa John's on the other hand, did not disappoint. I also tried the twix bites that they offer. I swear I don't know how else to say this but only somebody who is under the influence came up with that because it is absolutely delicious. ?? You have to eat those really quick though because they will get hard the next day. The people that work there were all very nice and attentive.
Vegetarian options: If you want anything "vegified" just ask. It's also on the menu if I'm not mistaken.
Parking: The place I originally wanted to go to was a bar and it was Friday night so it was a lot of people there. There's also a grocery store that shares the parking lot and this Papa John's. I'm pretty sure there's usually not a problem with finding parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's plenty of handicap parking as well as little ramps to allow you to get up onto the little sidewalk there

I see all the 1 star reviews and complaints and was hesitant...but I've done a delivery and carry out twice now and everything was fine, food was correct and good sooo.... ??♂️ I gave it 4 stars... just because its a bit pricey... although they have good specials too.
Parking: Theres white stripes everywhere.

The worst papa johns you could ever go to in Charlotte.
