I loved papa johns until today, I was so disappointed in my Philly cheese steak pizza that was doughy, under cooked and not sliced, whoa what is happening??!! I took photos to share with my family who also love papa johns well we are no longer lovers of this pizza.Also ordered extra garlic sauce which I paid for, right you guessed it not right! I'm not mad just disappointed!! No more papa johns for me, family or friends. Thanks for ALL the previous great years papa johns.

I placed an order online and was notified it would be more than 75 minutes for delivery. I'm not sure why they can't estimate the time before the order is placed, but it's probably because people would switch to another restaurant. After about 55 minutes I was notified that Door Dash was delivering the pizza. It had been picked up and it would be about 28 minutes. About 5 minutes later, it reverted back to "pizza being made", and it would be approximately 44 minutes. I called the restaurant, and the "night manager" told me they screwed up the order, and it was being made again. I asked why it had shown as "out for delivery", and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I asked for the franchise owner or general manager to contact me and was told to just go the website if I had a complaint. The store uses DoorDash for delivery, and after my call the delivery time dropped quite bit before being shown as "delivered". I checked my Ring camera and my front porch. No pizza. About 5 minutes later a cold pizza was delivered to my porch. The driver didn't ring the bell, but fortunately my camera notified me. I've been a Papa John's customer for a lot of years, but why bother to keep going back for bad service and product. Door Dash does the delivery, so I can use my DD account to order from any pizza place in the city.I received an email apologizing and offering me 50% off my next order. Of course that's not 50% off of delivery fees, tips, etc. It's just the product. Why not just credit my card for 50% of the total order you messed up? Am I going to feel better if I get another bad experience at 50% off? I can now see why ratings are so low for this store. I hope others will read this review and choose to utilize Door Dash for another restaurant or just choose another pizza place.

I will never order from this location again. My order was late and only arrived with one drink but I had ordered two. The driver stated he would TRY to bring the other drink or I could get credit for it but would have to call the store. I had already called the store regarding my delivery being late and the lady I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION.

Cheese doesn't always get to crust, sometimes burned.
I was in this store for pick ups and the supervisor on duty was cursing out her employees. Yes there were issues and they had to remake orders bc they were messed up but cursing at your employees (with customers present) is not ok. They were just kids, if it was my son… and there’s a better way to deliver a massage or directive. Make it a teaching opportunity vs just cursing and belittling them. I couldn’t take it. I will not go to this location again for this reason.
