I placed an order online and was notified it would be more than 75 minutes for delivery. I'm not sure why they can't estimate the time before the order is placed, but it's probably because people would switch to another restaurant. After about 55 minutes I was notified that Door Dash was delivering the pizza. It had been picked up and it would be about 28 minutes. About 5 minutes later, it reverted back to "pizza being made", and it would be approximately 44 minutes. I called the restaurant, and the "night manager" told me they screwed up the order, and it was being made again. I asked why it had shown as "out for delivery", and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. I asked for the franchise owner or general manager to contact me and was told to just go the website if I had a complaint. The store uses DoorDash for delivery, and after my call the delivery time dropped quite bit before being shown as "delivered". I checked my Ring camera and my front porch. No pizza. About 5 minutes later a cold pizza was delivered to my porch. The driver didn't ring the bell, but fortunately my camera notified me. I've been a Papa John's customer for a lot of years, but why bother to keep going back for bad service and product. Door Dash does the delivery, so I can use my DD account to order from any pizza place in the city.I received an email apologizing and offering me 50% off my next order. Of course that's not 50% off of delivery fees, tips, etc. It's just the product. Why not just credit my card for 50% of the total order you messed up? Am I going to feel better if I get another bad experience at 50% off? I can now see why ratings are so low for this store. I hope others will read this review and choose to utilize Door Dash for another restaurant or just choose another pizza place.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT?!We ordered a pizza for delivery. We typically don't care for PJs but we're both sick and didn't want to go out. The process was smooth, delivery fast and delivery person very nice.....but, The order was wrong ! Very wrong! We ordered a pepperoni and sausage and got a pepperoni, anchovy and spinach! I immediately called the store ( on Colony) and spoke with a manager who told me that what was on the computer read out was what I ordered and he couldn't do anything about it. Tough luck for us. Having been in customer service for decades, this abhorrent customer service is appalling for such a huge company. The answer should have been, "I sorry, there must have been a glitch in the system. Tell me what you wanted and we'll send it right out. " To add insult to injury, it was $28 for a medium pizza! Never again.

I will never order from this location again. My order was late and only arrived with one drink but I had ordered two. The driver stated he would TRY to bring the other drink or I could get credit for it but would have to call the store. I had already called the store regarding my delivery being late and the lady I spoke to was rude and hung up on me. BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION.

Almost never have anything good to say when I go to this location. I've had my order canceled several times with no warning- after getting the confirmation it was being made. Associates are always rude, on one occasion I was straight up refused service because the employee "didn't feel like assisting me".

I was in this store for pick ups and the supervisor on duty was cursing out her employees. Yes there were issues and they had to remake orders bc they were messed up but cursing at your employees (with customers present) is not ok. They were just kids, if it was my son… and there’s a better way to deliver a massage or directive. Make it a teaching opportunity vs just cursing and belittling them. I couldn’t take it. I will not go to this location again for this reason.

NEVER EVER EVER EAT HERE EVER! Pizza was cold and had a hair in it. There are so many better places in this area. I ordered extra pepperonis and it came with even fewer than normal. Only got to take 2 bites because I found a hair.
