I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and found a watery pool of liquid under the cheese. In addition, one employee was vaping in the food prep area when I arrived to pick up my order. I was told my order was being boxed when I gave them my name. Several minutes later, they handed me the pizzas that were on the shelf when I arrived. I am done with Papa John’s.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. They didn’t even deliver my food, and when I called to find out what happened, the lady on the phone yelled at me like it was my fault. Completely disgusting behavior! Zero respect for customers, zero professionalism. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Don’t waste your money or time here — they clearly don’t care about their customers at all

Ordered pepperoni, delivered cheese. From the reviews on here it seems they fired Papa and then proceeded to make questionable DEI hires and now the customer service appears to be trash. Pizza still tastes good, but it's a flip of the coin as to what pizza you'll get and if it will still be circular when it arrives.

This place is not it. Placed a $50 order and accidently placed a 79 cent tip. Figured it wouldn't be a big deal as I carry cash on me. Was unsure if they kept change on them so my sister called to find out. She was told that they would not be delivering my pizza themselves as "no one would deliver for a low tip" my sister was talked down to the whole time and even when she explained it was a mistake on our part to leave a low tip and further explained that we would be leaving a cash tip the girl on the phone was still rude. Because of them doordashing it instead of delivering it themselves what should have been a 10 min drive took them over an hour to get to me.
