After an exhausting and very long day, I had to stop there to pick up pizzas my wife had ordered. I hate picking up; it's usually very time-consuming. Not tonight. From the moment I closed my car door, it took just 3 minutes to go inside, pay, and get my pizzas. They did an excellent job!

I came in on a Tuesday @12.00 PM. It was understaffed. The (1) employee there fell behind in completing her orders thus making me have to wait 12 minutes before she even took my order. Other than than that, my order came promptly and the food was good.

I spoke with a man that stated that his name was James. His name name may be Jason. He stated that he was a manager. I currently have a speech delay and James/ Jason was over talking me and hung up on me. He extremely rude. I made an order within the app. I assumed that that I paid via visa. I made a mistake and the order was a cash upon delivery order. I asked numerous of times was there any way to change the order to pay via visa. I was spoken to extremely rude. I asked would I need to cancel the order and make a new order and pay via debit. At this moment I was hung up on. I will never order any food from this location. I was to call back and speak with Elijah and I him to make a complaint about the previous person that I spoke with and to cancel the current order because I don’t trust any food coming that location after the terrible experience that I had. Elijah was nice, understanding and completed everything that I was asked during our phone conversation. I will never eat anything from this location because of the terrible experience with James/Jason. He was extremely traumatizing

If you come on the day, give the pizza 10 dollars. but if you come at night the pizza goes up to more than 20 dollars! and they don't know how to give you a coherent explanation I spent 48 dollars on two medium pizzas, I didn't add anything, it was just a Hawaiian and a cheese one!

After ordering here for about a year now. Recently new staff charges .56 cents a pepperoncini. Also when you order any it takes away from what is supposed to be in the box to begin with. Paying 7 dollars for 10 peppers is crazy.

Was extremely unhappy with quality of the food the buffalo wings I ordered were subpar absolutely bland. The pizza was atrocious the sauce was bland had zero flavor and the quality of the pizza I’m pretty sure was frozen or made the other day and refrigerated overnight. Papa John’s expectations on quality of food seem pretty low. And I can promise you the red Baron frozen pizza is probably a much better choice for dinner than here. Stop wasting your time on subpar food and save money by going to the grocery store. I sure wish that’s how I spent my money on good food then the dumpster diving I did for dinner from here

Imma keep this short & sweet. Papa John's on to something with these Papa Bites!! Hahaha, cheese, pepperoni, & bell pepper. Perfect little size for a quick meal.

So ordered some stuff from this store for delivery, about $40. Once it said it was delivered, I went to go get it and realized more than half my order is missing, and I ordered through the website to avoid it being delivered through DoorDash, because DoorDash is a complete POS. Literally minutes later, the store is closed, can’t call them, DoorDash won’t do anything, and I’m still missing my food.Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally got a hold of someone at the store. They were polite and understanding, and offered to rectify the issue. I’m very appreciative of the manager I spoke with, John, or Joe I believe, and many thanks for just taking the few minutes to hear me out. Great customer service.
