So ordered some stuff from this store for delivery, about $40. Once it said it was delivered, I went to go get it and realized more than half my order is missing, and I ordered through the website to avoid it being delivered through DoorDash, because DoorDash is a complete POS. Literally minutes later, the store is closed, can’t call them, DoorDash won’t do anything, and I’m still missing my food.Edit: I’m editing my review because I finally got a hold of someone at the store. They were polite and understanding, and offered to rectify the issue. I’m very appreciative of the manager I spoke with, John, or Joe I believe, and many thanks for just taking the few minutes to hear me out. Great customer service.

So I just got home from picking up a carryout pizza. Ordered a one top and pepperoni special for $8.99. When I got home my pizza look like he had been folded up like a pretzel. It was hard. This is so unsatisfactory.

I came in during a rain storm to get the $8.99 carry out special. The dude at the register, John, said he can’t do that and I’d have to order online. I had to sit there and order the pizza online to save $7. What a huge inconvenience! I’m standing there wanting to buy a pizza and the guy working would not accommodate!I will NOT buy from this location again! I will go to Marco’s from now on. Their pizza is better and they have friendlier staff that value me as a customer!
We ordered pizza to arrive at 5:30. At 5:40 it wasn’t there yet so I called to check and they said it was ready but they were waiting on someone to get back to deliver it and it should hopefully be to us in 20 minutes. We waited and waited. 40 minutes later we still had no pizza so I called back again and they said they accidentally gave our pizza to the wrong person and had to remake it and it was on the way. It finally got there at 6:26 and then one of the pizzas wasn’t even made the way we ordered it. We love Papa Johns but this was definitely our last time ordering from this location.

Super nice people who work here. It's better than dominos and it isn't expensive. Don't pay attention to these negative reviews. More people have left happy than they have with their feelings hurt. The store is still doing business. They're doing something right. Give these guys a break
