I ordered two pizzas ! One of my pizzas was so slimey it was like my pizza got drenched in water and then put cheese on top of it! It was disgusting! My second on all of my topping were thrown on and only in the middle of the pizza it was not evenly dispersed‼️

Seems like whenever i get an order from here my stomach hurts and i'm in the bathroom. i'm not sure if the food quality or temperatures are being monitored but it doesn't seem like it. I get sick every single time please throw away food that has been sitting out !!!!

Ive always loved papa John and mainly ordered from door dash and I decided to go up there and just pick up my food myself because it would be cheaper. I go in there nobodys wearing gloves and have their bare hands in the dough and not everyone wash their hands and nails be looking the dirtiest. I was turned off and what made it worst is I seen what seen to be the manager have his hands in the dough (no gloves) then went to answer the phone then mess with the register then back into the dough and between all of this I seen no hands washed between handling the food and toughing the machines/devices. And seen another employee in the dough then went to sweep then back in the dough. I was discussed an walked out. Which was my last time eating or ordering from here. Muliple Sanitary regulations and no gloves no service. Nasty nasty nasty, but the food is good but the process of making highly unacceptable and unprofessional.

My door dasher (door dash handles their deliveries now apparently) messed up the address to an order I had and went I went to the Papa John’s website to submit a complaint (I wasn’t able to connect with the store via phone so I needed to write in so that I could seek a refund) the manager at this location was incredibly quick in responding to the issue. It was like: email my complaint, five minutes pass, I get a phone call from the manager. He was apologetic and sent out a new pizza order for me which arrived in record time. I was really happy with how professionally he handled the problem! He had a great attitude on top of it all. It makes me feel comfortable ordering from this location again.

Store closed at 2:00 am, I placed my order at 12:43 am, but they decided to cancel my order with no reasoning. Doordasher said that the employees left before 2 am. Absolutely ridiculous!! Never order from them again!!!!

Man that pizza was diabolical. I haven’t had a pizza this bad in a long time, it was so bad it felt like a prank. I love papa John’s and just ordered on DoorDash, not thinking it was possible for papa John’s to taste this bad, big mistake, mushiest soggiest and overall nastiest pizza I’ve had in a long long time. Looked like they just threw it in the box half the pizza was missing cheese all the slices were uneven whoever made that pizza hates their job for sure 🤣

I ordered through the app and they delivered the wrong pizzas, when I called to let them know the gentleman was very nice to me but when I called the next day to redeem the pizza the nice man put on my account, I was left on hold for almost 15 minutes after a woman answered with allot of attitude.

Order the pizza at 11:59, they partnered with doordash to deliver it, estimated delivery time was 12:22, every time I checked the numbers keep going up until it said 12:35. Checked again and the door dashers return the order for some reason I got the address of correct and was out front waiting never saw anyone pull up. It's a shame Papa John's has to partner with doordash because a lot of bad people use doordash and just don't care those people barely consider it a job. Had to forget about lunch today so thanks to that doordasher 👍
