Second time in a row I’ve ordered delivery and I’ve been shorted It seems to me this store needs a manager change!

Horrible customer service. Management is TRASH. Overall, Horrible company, not responsive to complaints in upper management. I forwarded my issue to the Better Business Bureau. FYI, they lied about refunding my order & I paid cash. Nasty work.

Pizza is hit or miss, lots of misses. IMPORTANT: When ordering online, don't get any sauces unless you like throwing your money away. They DO NOT give you sauces when you order them. This has happened like 4 times.

The worst customer service ever. I asked for the pizza to be cut in squares to feed my little kids and butchered the pizza into little irregular pieces. No manager was there and they wouldn't remake my pizza.

Wow. Ordered pizza and waited for over an hour. Called the location only to be answered by someone SO rude. He said “DoorDash doesn’t have any drivers nearby but you could pick it up.” I told him that was not an option and he said he could refund me. I said that would be great and he hung up on me. Honestly, the worst experience. Not surprised the reviews are 2.9.

A lot of others reviews made me hesitant, but mine was perfect! Not sure if they have different management, workers, etc. but everything was cooked great and I would definitely order from here again. Attaching a pic as well, but this location wasn’t bad from my experience whatsoever!!

My pizza looked like the Jolly Green Giant stepped on it or swiped his giant hand across it. The manager was rude and uncaring. I reached out to the corporate offfice and they have done NOTHING. Please save your money and energy and find another pizza place.

Placed my order through the app. The delivery driver via DoorDash left my food on the porch and didn’t notify me that he delivered my food. Went to get my food and I had ants all in my food. I called the store and I was livid!! The young man who answered the phone was patient and remade my food and had it personally delivered for me! Thank you from Jessica .
My friend was too high to place an order and we had to dispatch a tactical team to retrieve the pizzas from a papa John's 24 minutes away
