So I came in at 11:35, and the restaurant closes at 12 am. I was waiting there for like 15 minutes standing and these helpless employees standing there looking at me and not trying to assist me, then a dude came and asked me what you here for, and I told him, it’s not delivery order, I was ordering my own personal order which was 2 large cheese pizza and this employee walked away and said oh no and basically ignored and not trying to assist me, this is completely unacceptable behavior, bad customer service.

Pulled a giant HAIR out from a slice of my pizza, then noticed it went between a few slices as well so I am done eating this. That was a waste of an order. Filled out feedback from, hope to get an answer, but they never responded to a previous feedback so we will see. Awful experience.

I really want to like this location, but I just can't. Most of my orders were wrong, there was an extremely long wait time, and the quality of food is usually poor. I feel bad for the staff because they are friendly and hard working, but it seems like management never staffs enough people. Hopefully they can get better in the future.

How slow do yall have to be in there ? I’ve ordered on 3 separate occasions, 2 being delivery, and 1 being carry out. Each and everytime there has been something wrong with it. Get your stuff together in there, if you don’t wanna be there, find a new job, as none of yall clearly are thriving with this one

Just went to pick up my pizza order that I placed online and it did not have extra cheese that I ordered . I told the girl behind the counter that was cleaning up at the time that my pizza did not have extra cheese she said ok and started fixing my pizza without washing her hands. To make a long story short I asked for my money back. She gave it back and then I asked for her name. She said her name was Taylor and that she was the manager. In case that is not her name she had on a dark green shirt and she has blonde hair/ not a very sanitary person at all . Needs to be coached about how to wash her hands after cleaning up before fixing peoples pizza and as a manager she is setting low standards for people working her shift. I would not be surprised if the entire staff tonight is doing g the same

6 employees, yet no one can stand by the register to help customers get their pickups (right by the register) for 20 mins... We all stood in line just waiting for someone to grab the already done and waiting for pick up orders. Literally just needed someone to grab it.
Ordered at 5:47pm, wasn't handed my pizza until 6:13pm despite it being ready at 5:56pm.

You can't get your pizza on time and they leave you stand8ng in the front. They don't Even ask the name on your order unless you just interrupt them. It's bad business all the way around. I'm not going back.

Very clean place that you have to give them. We got 2 pizzas one with thin crust one with normal but I think they messed up the Oder because both had thin crust it still tasted good and it was very late at night so that may be why.

This Papa John’s establishment is trash, From the pizza to the customer service. Especially the customer service, absolute trash! Very unprofessional. Messed up my order several times and don’t even apologize or try to rectify the issue. Ordered a 5 topping pizza with garlic parm crust. Half the pizza had a crust the other half had no crust or like a thin crust with no garlic parm. Didn’t put all the toppings I ordered. Don’t waste your time or money going here, you will be disappointed!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and never got an update that they were ready, after I went in and gave my name the pizzas were already sitting there. Paid for the food and then went to the car and just happened to check the pizza and one of the pizzas had multiple spots where there were air pockets. I took the pizza back and spoke with the Manager Ms. Chris and she apologize and offered to remake the pizza herself. To my surprise there were only 3 people there working and she was training both employees, I listened to her explain what happened and how to avoid from having the pizza with any blemishes. She offered me a drink because of the wait and told me to keep the pizza for my trouble. She made the pizza in no time and offered an apology but I was more amazed that she was able to teach and remake the pizza while managing the store. I will definitely be back soon.
