So we ordered 2 pizzas online for sons birthday to be delivered to gazebo at our church. Food was what to be expected but was like warm bc sat at church doorstep for 20 min bc doordash delivered it not a papa John delivery guy. In my experience doordash is awful and this was same. We also tried to call store to alter order 3 times and no actual person answered. Small request just cut pizza into 16 slices instead of 8. I will be picking up pizza for pappa John's next time I order IF I order it. Seems like it is bread very little sauce and very little cheese these days....

Food was decent for the price, I had a coupon. The guy at register was helpful when I had to order a special from the app. You're better off waiting in your car after ordering food for take out or just order pick up, the area is alittle shady at night time bad lighting in the parkinglot may attract thieves or the wrong people

For the first time in a couple of years I decided to order a pizza from Papa John's. I ordered a little after 5 on a Thursday. The pizza arrived an hour later, which didn't surprise me. The order was way wrong, I had ordered a large pepperoni, and got a medium pepperoni and a small ham an pineapple. I made the driver get me the right order and it came around 630, so I waited an hour and a half. The Pizza was ice cold and I had to reheat it, that all paled in comparison to the taste, which was plain and cardboardy. This was me giving Papa John's one more chance for my business, it turned out to be the last. There are to many pizza parlors to put up with that! No more!

I ordered a pizza @ 12:10 am July 23rd 2024 over the phone and paid with credit card.
It never arrived.
I never got a phone call or text message.
I waited up until like 2 am.
I wasn't possible to call the store at that point because they were closed.
When I checked my credit card around 11am I saw I was billed for the pizza along with my $5 tip I left.
I called the Papa Johns store the next day to dispute the charge and they put the blame on Door Dash. I called Door Dash and they hung up. I called back and they put the blame on Customer Support @ Papa Johns. I called customer support and they called the store and demanded my refund. I said, "Is that it, I'm only getting my money back, nothing else to compensate for this." They said, "Yeah, that's it. We can't do anything."
I paid for the pizza, delivery and left a $5 tip. It took 2 hours or so of calling my credit card bank, calling Papa Johns store, Papa Johns customer support and then Door Dash. Just to get my money back. And to think I have loyally tipped all my drivers well.
I'm not someone scamming their customer service to get free merchandise or products.
I paid and never received. They should give me my money back along with coupons for free pizza.

i orderd a pizza one of my pizzas was flat they gave me a pizza and told me that the pizza presser made it flat and said they would remake my order for free and told me they would hand toss it man half my pizza was flat the other half was fine does this even make sense imagine telling someone on the phone what was wrong but yet they do it again talk about incoherent i used to work at inizios pizza just take your money there or even bird pizza pizza is pizza to me napoletana or not just not flat if i wanted new york pizza i would go to a new york pizza place sheshhhh
