This is the worst location ever! I ordered my food They canceled my order, I called to ask why? They told me my food will be there shortly it wasn't cancelled. My food was finally delivered one hour and thirty minutes later cold, burnt and wrong!

Got my food delivered for it to be missing items and made incorrectly. Called and they said they'd remake and deliver again, only for them to re deliver it twice so now I'm sitting here with 6 pizzas and am still missing all of the sauces I needed. Kind of funny but I'm also crying a little inside.

I ordered an original Crest and and init ended up being A Thin crust got it back. I'd like to cruise you at the house call them about it. They were very impolite and very unprofessional about it. I brought the pizza back. They threw the pizzas that I brought back in the trash right away. And it was very rude not happy at all we buy their all the time very upset never had a problem their till now .

Using Doordash for delivery is not your best option. Pizza was cold when it got here and the driver actually asked if “we had any money for him”. We tipped 20% in the app when we ordered but that was apparently not enough for him. I’ve worked off tips for my entire life and never have I asked for one or more. Bad customer service for cold pizza.

I'm so disappointed with Papa John's. My delivery driver delivered my pizza and it was barely warm. Once I got it inside and opened it up, that's when the disappointment set in. My pizza crust was burnt and pizza was barely warm. What a waste of my money! I tried calling to see if they would replace the pizza, but nobody ever answered the phone.

The best part of this experience is my food was hot and fresh. Customer service is -5 points not even a one star. I’ve been assistant manager at a fast food restaurant and I definitely know it’s not easy but I never treated any customer as nasty is I got treated just ordering my food inside the store I mean I didn’t know if the employee was mad at the company or wanted to fight me for placing a order someone needs to have a conversation or some new training with employees here on how to treat customers when there coming into the store.
