Paid for extra cheese and extra sauce. Recieved neither. Confirmed with the counter person that it did indeed have extra cheese and sauce and she said yes. Confirmed with my mouth and eyes that it does not.

Also offering free products to someone for offering a specific quality of review is not legal. You can do it for “any review” but not for “5 star reviews”

This following review is about a Door dash order that took place Feb. 23,2025 around 1pm. Lone employee Donald was slammed with outgoing orders. And he handled it like "A GAWD damn boss". Props to him prioritizing orders when others would have rage quit. Make sure he gets his prop that day

I paid for extra mushrooms. The person behind the register didn’t speak to me. I had to get my own drink out of the fridge and the pizza has all of the toppings on one slice. Just haphazardly thrown. Not the usual service that Papa John’s gives. You’d think paying over $20 for pizza, it would be a decent one.

Walked in and ordered pizza. Barely a response from either employee at the register. Called another worker on the phone concerning how much money was in the register. Almost 10 minutes waiting with no other customers in store. Walked out of the place after also seeing how dirty the store was while the other employees were also on there personal phones.

WORST customer service ever. Ordered pizza earlier in the night and scheduled for a 8pm delivery. No update or pizza and it got to be 8:30pm and we had hungry kiddos. we Called and the automated system said they were having delays and the order was in progress. Still at 9pm -no pizza. Called and spoke to the manger for 15 minutes and he refused to refund any money. He said the first driver just took the pizza and disappeared. He claimed that wasn't his fault bc they outsource drivers. I disagree, if he manages the store, it is his responsibility. The time he wasted on the phone with me he could have been managing his staff better. He said he had them remake our order and send it out, but had no excuse as to why his store didn't update us. The pizzas arrived over 75 minutes LATE from the time we scheduled through the app. His only solution was 50% off our next order, but the caveat was we had to call in the next order and not use the app on our next order. he said if we refuted the charge on our cc he would block us from using the app. Papa John's is failing BIG time!!

I drove to the drive thru window, the guy there told me they couldn’t take a order from drive thru, he said either online or come inside, I parked to come inside and he locked the door. That was terrible customer service
